Do you like Family Guy?

Do you like Family Guy?

yes i do.

even though the last few seasons were unfunny shit, this current season has been pretty funny

It used to be a guilty pleasure but now I don't care for it much at all since it just repeats itself.

No, it insists upon itself.

I like family guy porn

Yes, although I haven't watched any new episodes for years.

I love family guy! Though South Park is good too. Been lovin them since ages x3

i dont see why people like old family guy. the early seasons are unwatchable, asimpsons ripoff without the heart only redeemed by the cutaways. In the new ones stewie goes from being a catchphrase spouting one joke character to the best part of the show. brian gets to be a real character and not mcfarlanes obnoxious mouthpiece. there are some bad episodes in the later seasons definitely but most of the best ones too

yes

>seth mcfarlane humor

cringe. he's also really racist to Asians despite acting like he's an enlightened liberal.

I'm more of an American Dad guy

It's got some funny moments, but Brien ruins it for me.

Seasons 1-3 are good. I just watched the Christmas episode from like season 2 and it made me laugh throughout

Is that a reference to the panic room episode?

>sir I'll give you $500 for what's in the back of your car!
>$500 for a bumper sticker?
>"I lost my self respect at Wes' ribhouse"

Early Brian was more of a character, and funnier. He's been a leftist mouthpiece since season 5, and a weasel since the Quagmire v Brian saga.

Early family guy was pretty heartfelt. Peter was a dumb shit but always meant well and came through in the end. Modern family guy is straight unwatchable due to the fact that the family are a bunch of sociopaths

I read that as Family Goy.
I've been on this site too long.

Family Guy could be a lot better than it is, since the characters have some rarely utilized actual depth which is great for comedy/black comedy. Only rarely does the show become sincere comedykino.

I like it though, minus seasons 9-13 where seth seemingly completely checked out from the show and let it be written by twelve-year-olds.

Better than watching the Big Bazooga Theory because at least Family Guy once in a while makes me laugh.

Ughh liking Brian? I like the episodes where he's a punching bag. He's the reason the Alt-Right exists.

Yeah the stories were more sincere. the Animation was way better in the early episodes, far more interesting and intricate gesturing, especially of the fingers. But just like the Simpsons as the show went on everything became more "on-model" and it's as if they copy and paste animation from one episode into another.

>since the characters have some rarely utilized actual depth
More Chris episodes! I like the way he alternates between being a full blown retard to having these moments of inspired wisdom, kind of like Fry on Futurama who is perhaps the most red-pilled character on tv, not in the Sup Forums sense, but just in the understanding human beings sense

I liked old Stewie. He was very malicious, which worked well with the whole parody of the nuclear family that they show is based around. He also added this surreal element that was a nice contrast.

>to the best part of the show.
But he's not meant to be. You know something is wrong with Family Guy when the best episodes are the spin offs about Brian and Stewie.

American dad shits on family guy

earlier stuff is serviceable, I mean there was even sometime a message or lesson learned by the family, more akin to The Simpsons, it seemed a lot more good spirited and well meaning

I have no idea when I stopped watching though

Brian and Lois is kino

>none of you came to my funeral!
>fades into nothing

I like Family Guy. I wish they kept the Paulie Walnuts dog thoughm

What were they thinking making a spinoff featuring one of the shittiest characters on the show? I can't believe that shit lasted 4 seasons.

I liked it

Why watch this garbage when you can watch American Dad?

It's funny every now and then, but I think the darker tone some of the humor has taken is a bigger problem.

>modern family guy

holy fuck that would be a terrible crossover

AD is shit too these days.

We've reached a point where old Family Guy is no longer funny while new Family Guy continues to not be funny

Yup, it has been on a pretty good incline the last season or two.

>the Animation was way better in the early episodes, far more interesting and intricate gesturing, especially of the fingers

what a gross opinion
