Does anyone know if IS still receives new recruits from abroad? One would think it's clear that IS is losing, and so fewer would choose to travel down there to fight with them. Also, in case IS isn't getting many new recruits, from abroad at least, what are the estimates on how many fighters they have in Iraq and Syria?
