2.Have you already seen Dunkirk? If yes, what did you think about the movie? If not, are you planning to watch it?

No and no, why should I?
I see enough "Germs are subhuman"-kind of stuff here already, don't need another movie to prove that, so no thanks.

is there a screener

there are no germans in the film

Don't want to recognize the fact that your country bombed and shot at soldiers trying to retreat?

And you ask why most of the world hates Germans.

Is it not just a remake of the Black and White one?

2. Sup Forums said it was going to be kino so i'm gonna watch it for sure :^)

dunno, all I know is that the germans are not showed at all except flying some planes which is not often

I'm too busy reading books, studying math and learning languages to watch movies

2. Haven't seen it and wasn't planning it. It's just another WW2 movie without Clint Eastwood.

not gonna watch it because british accents make my ears bleed

not gonna watch it because I know it will make it out to be some kind of "retreat victory" rather than the end of a total defeat in defending France that it was

Strategical retreat does not equal loss

If it did then you may as well say America lost the Spanish-American War because we "retreated" from Mexico City.

That's a fairly normal thing to do. The men at Dunkirk were lucky that Guderian's panzers were halted or there would have been a bloodbath.

Isn't it a war crime to do so?

They're not civilians in a warzone. Killing them is legit.

It's a war crime to kill soldiers who surrendered
It's not a war crime to kill retreating soldiers

I'm gonna watch it, it looks pretty cool.
But I've heard they didn't represent the french soldiers, and I think that's a bit disrespectful even if they didn't do a lot

retreating is still a military action, even if its a full rout. It may be considered bad by some, but it's still legal.

There are French soldiers in the beginning. They are shown defending Dunkirk.

Gonna go see it with my dad and probably my grandfather.
