What's hilarious is how little Trump ever loses when his opponents manage a brief victory. That loss is more of a lateral movement, than a dip. After a week, or two, he surges back ahead of the pack again.
But this is typical with Democrats. They get one small victory, and suddenly it's like they've won forever, and will never lose again. Then they get their asses handed to them.
