Frances the Mute by The Mars Volta. The ending track is frequently mispelled as "Cassandra Geminni" and instead of the roman numerals they title them like "Casandra Geminni - Con Safo" for example.
Some metadata providers are better than others but I've seen some serious fuck ups for that album.
