If the shooter did say it, someone not hearing it doesn't disprove that. We could easily see more and more people come out. PJW is making strong claims with little evidence like he accuses the media of doing.
4. I can't find an article that says Hicham Ben Abdallah said "Britain First." This could simply have been a misattributed quote. They would have edited those articles quickly after realising they misattributed the quote, so I can't prove no one said this. But "Hicham Ben Abdallah britain first" only gets the Breitbart article claiming that people are falsely claiming HBA said it.
