who do you dudes prefer ween or mothers of invention
Who do you dudes prefer ween or mothers of invention
ween
where 2 start w/ween
ween tbqhfamalam. Mothers is cool, but not catchy. Ween I can put on whenever I want and I will enjoy
Idk they're identical to me
Mothers were more innovative IN MY OPINION
Start with Mollusk, then go in order of release
What are you looking for? I'd say start with The Mollusk, or Chocolate and Cheese if you just want a typical Ween record without a concept, or just go chronologically.
Holy shit this board has awful taste.
And I thought Sup Forums was the plebbiest board.
explain or fuck off
This
Ween is awesome, but the original Mothers released probably the most radically innovative album streak in rock history
Recc me some mothers of invention. I haven't thought of them since my friends band that parodied the name in highschool.
Solo Zappa > Ween > Mothers
Literally all of it
You could probably skip Cruising with Ruben & The Jets if you want, but the rest is essential
Start with Freak Out!, We're Only in It for the Money, and Uncle Meat
Essential tracks:
Hungry Freaks, Daddy
Who Are the Brain Police?
Trouble Every Day
Plastic People
Brown Shoes Don't Make It
Who Needs the Peace Corps?
What's the Ugliest Part of Your Body?
Let's Make the Water Turn Black
Take Your Clothes Off When You Dance
Cheap Thrills
Dog Breath, in the Year of the Plague
Electric Aunt Jemima
King Kong
Holiday in Berlin, Full-Blown
The Little House I Used to Live In
The Orange County Lumber Truck
My Guitar Wants to Kill Your Mama
fred zappa is a huge fag
Enjoy both, but Zappa is a different league.
1. Ween
2. Quebec
3. Chocolate and Cheese
4. White Pepper
5. Everything else in order of release
in the end you'll just come back to the first 3
Ween is more consistent with their quality while Zappa some fantastic music but really went down hill after the 70s, as a fan of both its kinda hard to decide.
>but really went down hill after the 70s
So pretty much just like every good artist/band from the 70s.
>where 2 start with ween post-Fantano classics week
>Mothers is cool, but not catchy
>not catchy
I'M LOSING STATUS AT THE HIGHSCHOOL
>thought We're Only in It for the Money was a sincere and hilarious name for an album
>it's just a shitty critique to the Beatles
fuck
it still works that way, concerning the fact that Zappa had a very capitalist approach to music creation and distribution
