ITT: Ruin an album by reorganizing the track listing in the worst possible order.

I'll start with pic related.

>A Day in the Life
>Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise)
>Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
>She's Leaving Home
>When I'm Sixty-Four
>Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite
>Fixing a Hole
>Lovely Rita
>Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds
>Getting Better
>Within You Without You
>With a Little Help from My Friends
>Good Morning Good Morning

On second thought maybe I should have put Lovely Rita at the end.

you just made a generic 'best of the beatles' album

What is the best way to organise an album? Like how do musicians do this? Because I just thought they just put them in any order unless it was story based

King of carrot flowers PS2 and 3
Communist daughter
Fool
Untitled
Two head boy part 2
Oh comely
King of carrot flowers Bart 1
Oh comely again
I love you Jesus christ
Pree-sisters swallowing a donkeys eye

Eclipse
The Great Gig in the Sky
Any Color You Like
Us and Them
Brain Damage
Breathe
Money
Speak to Me
Time
On the Run

There's definitely an art to it. You want a beginning song that grabs your attention, and a closing song as a big finale (or somber comedown). You need to be mindful how each songs flows into the next.

>Pink Triangle

>all of the lights
>hell of a life
>dark fantasy
>so appalled
>who will survive in america
>power

CRINGE

cringe because it ruins the album or cringe because it doesn't ruin the album?

Former

this thread hurts

>Flood IV
>Flood II
>Flood III
>Flood I

Literally ruined.

That actually hurts to read.

New Grass
Runeii
Taphead
Myrrhman
After the Flood
Ascension Day (surprise ending)

bump cause I want to see more of this but I'm too lazy to make my own

Forgot No Surprises and damn you for beating me like my dad to this

When I used to make mix cds for my car rides , I'd start with an upbeat opener, then a few uplifting songs, then sad songs in the middle, then optimistic songs near the end and finally a long moody track for the finale

If the album is actually good then it won't need to rely on trite things like track ordering for it to be good.

Wrong

Shuffle.
