Candy Claws is technically shoegaze, but their music is very upbeat and very unabashedly pop (specifically 60s pop) and most other shoegaze acts are not. They also go about the noise/distortion in a unique way, using field records and brickwalled mixes instead of guitar pedals. You're not gonna find anyone else like them in these threads.
Your best bet is to take pic related and run it through a compression filter 20 times.
