Is Deliquescence really that great? Coming from someone who absolutely loved The Seer and TBK
Yes, but the tracks are either live only or from The Glowing Man which is similar to The Seer to me
A lot of the reason that I enjoy SAD as much as I do is the apparent emotional weight of the black disc being their final tour before breaking up. I know that deliquesence is in a similar context, but does it deliver as well on that bittersweet kind of feel? Or is it offering something potentially as interesting but conveying a different tone entirely?

Lazy answer, but no.
It just feels like blown up versions of their latest tracks, but its great for hardcore fans.

It's good but wouldn't consider it great. Definitely nice addition to The Glowing Man.
