I started listenting to Red Army Choir a few years ago and really liked it for some reason....
Over the past 3 weeks I discovered Russian rap, and it is just strange but very catchy...
It seems kind of like WWE where all these rappers pretend to hate each other, and make videos making fun each of other (basically the only thing they rap about).
So, is this accurate about most rappers in Russia like Larin (excluding Oxxxymorin who I think is the Russian Eminem)?
Oh, and has Russia ever considered switching to the latin alphabet, it seems like Russia is more similar to linguistically to German than Turkish (Byzantium).
>Oh, and has Russia ever considered switching to the latin alphabet There's like a million different variants and they all suck ass and Cyrillic is still easier and more orthographically precise.

Larin is not a rapper. He's a videoblogger. Russian rap is mostly shit. But I can make some kind of a fast introduction in the history of russian rap in several posts
