Down Colorful Hill is easily Mark's worst project and I think he would agree considering how far his sound has evolved since that album

Being honest, I haven't listened to most of Mark's stuff so if this is the case I am extremely excited into listening to the rest of his stuff

For the most part Red House Painters were fucking awful.

They had their moments but they were not a good band.

Luckily mark went off on his own with SKM and never looked back.

I once took a walk listening to this album. I was crossing a long unfenced bridge, stopped in the middle, and just stood there for about half an hour, looking down into the water. Then another half an hour after it ended. Then I left.
