This is the only good Brostep track.

Grme is great senpai.

Does nightcore count?

That pingy snare is nice. I hope they don't ruin it with some screaming Jamaican.
...
They did.
...
But then they redeemed it with the pitch-shifting edits on the break.

Instrumental Grime is fine but god fucking damn I hate their MCing and just the general roadman persona in general. Maybe it's because I grew up on a council estate full of chavs who wanted to be MCs but ended up working at McDonalds, or because I got into Hip-Hop way before Grime, but I just can't get into it, which is a shame, because the instrumental stuff is good.

Grime is not dance music

French House

Like:
Dubstep, electro, brostep, house like deadmau5, 80s hits, synthwave.. all of those work out live real nice

dislike:
psytrance and fucking minimal + top 40 and spinnin records. also dear god most 90s stuff makes me want to die, its not that good anymore.
fuck any track where they do clock sound with tongue or sing about love, i dont want none

>favourite
dnb/jungle for getting hype and contorting my body in ridiculous ways
idm for staring at the ground and getting lost in a trance
some modern house tunes are ok as well. White Noise and the like

Garrix-type EDM
anything with a distasteful overuse of growls

faggot

What's wrong with French house?

Piss off, pard

Ragga Jungle is my favourite type of Jungle desu.

The other stuff is fine but I don't like it as much.

That sounds like basically everyone from my secondary school as well, I just ignored that aspect of it though. I think the MCing is good sometimes but mainly during sets rather than one off tracks.

Nothing, it's just a type of music I never really got into, maybe because I prefer a more punchy sound.

Maybe you'd like this French house song?

know any good liquid dnb that isn't TOP LIQUID DNB MIX 2017-core?

i mean listening to netsky and blu mar ten and the like was nice but they don't really push the envelope enough

This is the only good Liquid Funk by the way. The rest is all Russians ripping off Liquidcity tier (that is almost exactly what Mage is but he gets a pass because his stuff is alright).

Everything under the Monstercat label

this is plenty to work from, thanks user

favorite is definitely house, pretty much every subgenre
least favorite are brostep and trance
maybe im just ignorant but every trance track i've listened to sounds too cheesy and shitty

just listened to Droplex's psych attack and I like the general sound but it's kind of boring and doesn't hold my attention. is his other stuff better? any similar artists?

trance and psytrance have fallen down a long hole they are unlikely to return from, which is a real shame. they went from pushing the boundaries of sound to making the same track over and over again
