I honestly think Host is a more depressing album than Draconian Times. As much shit as that album gets, they dropped ALL pretense of being a metal band and the aggression that comes with it, and only their moodier, more depressive tendencies remained. For that, I consider it their most openly sad album. They've definitely gone darker but rarely have they ever gone sadder. Maybe tracks like Sane or Symbol of Life's title track.
