I'm gonna assume you mean PC because steam logo.jpg. Really depends on the genre and what sort of games you're into, but if I want absolutely no sound at all I'm usually gonna play some nerd shit like Nethack or Dwarf Fortress that doesn't even have any sound. If you want something less ancient you can try Civilization V/VI, Stardew Valley, and/or How do you feel about having sounds on and music off? For that any grindy non-competitive shooter (Warframe, Planetside 2, maybe Fallout) or a decent ARPG like Path of Exile works pretty well.
