Terrible cut. Compared to his cut to 155 at UFC 205, he doesn't look so good. Probably cut 9-10 lbs in a day. Not to mention, he doesn't have the UFC advantage of early morning weigh ins, had to sit around dehydrated as fuck.
Plus all that extra weight is going to be problem when all he does is spam his left hand and becomes inefficient with his energy and lets the tide of the fight turn in Floyd's favor.

Maybe that's part of it, but in one interview he says his coaches like to take their time reviewing all the fights, adding all the stats to a spreadsheet and doing rigorous analysis on the opponent.
