Seinfeld

How did these guys always get women who were always 7 or above

I never quite understood the popularity of this show.
People love to shit over the Big Bang Theory, but this show is very similar to TBBT in a lot of ways.

>Laugh track
>Tall, quirky guy is the breakout character
>Balding manlet gets the hot women
>Bad writing
>Bad acting
>Unlikable characters
>Shitty theme song

Everything you said is true expect the bit about the theme song, you take that back

What about that one season with the random lady doing high pitched scatting over the regular music?

because its a tv show and nobody in the world likes looking at ugly women.

>Bad writing

>Balding manlet gets the hot women

George never pulled anybody Jerry couldn't have pulled

what

>I've never watched Seinfeld

In an early season, suddenly there is this lady making all kinds of noises along with the opening track.

>theme song

hmm, rly mks you +hink

The difference is that Seinfeld makes fun of neurotic Jews whereas TBBT makes fun of nerds.

Also Seinfeld was made by neurotic Jews and TBBT is clearly not made by nerds.

>this copypasta again
(You)

>writer fanatasy
>fiction
>it's actually not hard to get attractive women if you're not an autistic faggot who would rather complain about fictional characters getting attractive women on Sup Forums, than actually trying to talk to girls

>bad writing
>unlikable characters
>shitty theme song
Also almost every time George fails to get the woman, even with Marisa Tomei he fucks it up. You're also comparing two shows that were decades apart, laugh tracks back then were standard for mainstream cable.
1/10 for the reply, but you probably weren't alive when Seinfeld was on tv m8. I bet you thought Curb was the same too

>>I've never watched Seinfeld
Care to actually refute any of the points?
Also, I've actually watched almost every single episode of this show.

>>THEY /lived/ """in"""" (((New York)))

Jewish power fantasy. Jews do it all the time, just look at woody allen flicks for example.

the worst current example is that netflix show Love.

>laugh track
>studio audience applauses when Kramer makes his entrance

>Also almost every time George fails to get the woman, even with Marisa Tomei he fucks it up.

That faggot Leonard on BBT screws up multiple times before actually getting married to Penny.

> You're also comparing two shows that were decades apart, laugh tracks back then were standard for mainstream cable.

Laugh tracks being mainstream is no excuse for bad jokes and shit writing.

> I bet you thought Curb was the same too

Larry David is one of the unfunniest guys on the planet. His humor is as dry as the damn Atacama desert.

says the guy who watches and enjoys tbbt

NYC has a lot of women.

Marissa Tomei

>enjoys tbbt
when did I say I enjoyed it?

It's because women don't care about looks, they care about power. George is an ambitious asshole, and Kramer subconsciously bends the universe to his desires.

Bitches don't love money, they love amibition

literally BAIT: the post

...

>George is an ambitious asshole
He was unemployed half the time.

>Laugh track
Live audience and laugh tracks are the same?
Shit, I'd better hate on Seinfeld and Married With Children now.

none of that shit matters, except for the writing, acting and characters. all of which Seinfeld is good at and the big bang theory is bad at

"Hey honey, you're really cute, how would you like a part in Seinfeld?"

"I sure would, Mr. Schekelstein"

"That's good. There's just something I need you to do for me first."

I do find a lot of the women that go out with George unbelievable, but that's what makes it funny

he knows he's pulling above his weight and usually involves a bunch of deception to get there in the first place, then his neurosis usually ends up taking over and fucks everything up

that being said he has super strong convictions (usually involving money) that trump everything

>the writing, acting and characters.

>Writing
Generally bad, with horrible jokes and poor storylines.

>Acting
Jerry and Julia were the worst actors. Constantly breaking character and unable to go for even a few seconds without cracking up.

>Characters
The characters were very unlikable and unrelatable.
Jerry was a whiny dork who kept whining for no reason.
George was a mom's house dwelling balding manlet who constantly was pulling 8s and above for no rhyme or reason.
Kramer was 'le quirky weirdo' (basically Sheldon is Kramer 2.0)
Elaine was a cunt in general, who was really picky about miniscule things about everyone she was dating (same with Jerry)

The only saving grace of this show were the side characters like Newman, Elaine's braggart boss, Jerry's parents and uncle and bizarro Jerry & Co.

i think that was only one episode

they tried that out without telling the studio, and were immediately told to stop using it and go back to the original song

looks like you're someone who doesn't even try
women are desperate
more and more men are rage quitting the game
they feel insecure and the whole strong independent woman meme isn't playing exactly as they planned.
this is the truth women don't want you to know. internet is a bad source of information for the whole dating game. there are game quitters on the internet and you can't count them in.

They're noses where straight and didnt have a bump

kramer becomes a worse character with every watch

>this is the type of person posting on Sup Forums

Like holy shit how wrong can you be. And yeah you're right that there's similarities, because literally every post-2000 sitcom was influenced by Seinfeld.

Jerry is not an fucking actor, he never claimed to be. He's a stand-up. I think the only one who had any professional training was Jason Alexander

You don't watch sitcoms starring comedians for the acting, you watch it for the comedy. Do you think Ray Romano and Norm Macdonald are good actors?

>watches it enough to know who is who, their relationships, etc
>watches something he doesn't enjoy
who does this?

>Laugh track
>seinfeld

that doesn't negate him being an ambitious asshole

>Norm Macdonald are good actors?
whoa, watch it there you jerk. Norm might be the best actor of our generation.

kramer was tall, handsome and charismatic
george was a big liar

>no thinking this is the GOAT sitcom

>Not loving both equally

>>watches something he doesn't enjoy
How else will I know whether a show or movie is good or not?
RT reviews and IMDb are both shit

>"How did these guys always get women who were always 7 or above"

#ThingsCucksSayWeLove

TV is full of contrarians, and I could imagine they are either not in college yet, or never went to college.

>Laugh track
It's part of the genre. Up to you if the genre is a fit for you. Would you shit on a musical for having songs?

>Tall, quirky guy is the breakout character
I sense large insecurities within you!!!!

>Balding manlet gets the hot women
I sense large insecurities within you!!!! By the way he typically fucks up with them.

>Bad writing
Says who?

>Bad acting
From Jerry sure, the others are great. Again, says who?

>Unlikable characters
Because likable=good? The point of the show is that they are fairly unlikable while being slightly relatable. Think of a more realistic "Always Sunny". Unless you always just want to "root for le good guy"

>Shitty theme song
Shit taste senpai.

>watch an episode, maybe a few
>realize I don't enjoy it
>never watch it again

>How did these guys always get women who were always 7 or above?

Gets an 8 in real life.

Maybe women were generally better looking back then

There's enough trashy crazy women irl who would go for Kramer.

George, on the other hand.......

beautiful women are a diamond dozen. Literally not hard to get if you actually try.

It's "dime a dozen"...

>being this retarded in a doggy dog world

For all intensive purposes you should KYS

he got a 10 with humongous tits in the 90s

yeah, she doesn't look like a hostage at all

>i am a cuck

this is literally what you posted

suspension of disbelief , even though Richards is like 6'4" and quite manly.

lol, wut?

solid bait

He said "i am a cuck, this is literally what you posted"

>Also, I've actually watched almost every single episode of this show.
>watching every episode of a show you don't like

I don't get the offense. Look at that picture and she looks uncomfortable. Explain the offense to me.

Hollywood? What a stupid question.

In American football, the offense is the side in which the players have possession of the ball. It is their job to advance the ball towards the opponent's end zone to score points. Broadly speaking, the eleven players of the offense are broken into two groups: the five offensive linemen, whose primary job is to block, and the six backs and receivers whose primary job is to advance the ball either running with the ball or passing it. The backs and receivers are also commonly known as skill position players or as eligible receivers (or eligible ball carriers). Offensive linemen are not usually eligible to advance the ball past the line of scrimmage during a play.

>he knows he's pulling above his weight

Could this be my ticket to fresh 2017 pussy?

Joking aside, an episode of George joining a pick up artist group would have been amazing.

My mom used to say Kramer was really attractive. No idea if that's a common opinion among women though.

that would be out of character for george.

They lived in NYC (applies to any blue state or major world city).
>You live in Bumblefuck, Red State shithole, Dumfuckistan, U.S.A.

They had their own apartments.
>You live at home with your mom.

They had steady jobs.
>You're a neet who faps to all day.

They had genuine friends and a social life.
>You don't even like the other sperglords you spend all day interacting with anonymously online in LoL or here.

Really not difficult to see these guys getting 7s.

>They had steady jobs.
neither george nor kramer had steady jobs

He has a perk for deceving people to like him, so why not?

...

because he was already picking up chicks without needs rediculous PUA tactics. He wouldn't join a group. Probably start one, but even then, he was too much of a normie to even be attached to PUA bullshit. That would fall more towards kramer's shenanigans.

kramer was a wealthy trustfunder

>They had steady jobs.
Are you retarded? George was financially unstable and couldn't even get a prenup because he was broke.
Nobody actually knew what Cosmo was doing.

...

Reminder that all the cast members are still alive and not very busy

I have a good job, my own place, and some friends. Why am I alone?

Statistically speaking, there's a certain chance that the line "I'm a marine biologist" gets you laid someday.

It's only one episode and yes that was annoying. Sucks since it's a great episode otherwise.

>jerry - set for life
>elaine - born baller rich, her unborn great great great great grandchildren are set for life
>greoge - can't shake the character and his midget balding insecurities
>kramer - though he could do stand up and fucked his career up
only two of them would be desperate enough to go back to doing seinfeld.

you're a socially awkward austismo retard who looks ugly AF

>tall
>attractive
>funny
>eccentric
>entertaining
>charismatic
>individualistic
>apparently pretty wealthy and succesful

Kramer is what every woman looks for in a man. With George it's more that it's a tv show and it's often played for laughs.

who else SKETfeld on cytube? go there for comfy stream and chat

>tall
Sure I'll give you that
>attractive
The guy had a monobrow and a post electric chair hairstyle
>Funny
Falling down repeatedly like a spastic is not funny
>eccentric
There's a fine line between eccentric and crazy
>entertaining
Sure
>Charismatic
Probably
>Pretty wealthy and successful
Lel. He let a very frugal lifestyle constantly mooching off Jerry.
The only thing he was successful in doing was irritating me with his juvenile tomfoolery.

you sound like a faggot and your shit's all fucked up

Sorry Michael Richards, but you and your career are a joke

serious question: what color fedoras do you own?

Kramer was on strike at the bagel shop.
