OP, I've tried this line of reasoning on normalfags to some degree of success regarding trannies; just ask them to imagine themselves having suddenly transformed to a member of the opposite sex tomorrow. Then, ask them if the inability to revert to their original gender would make them want to kill themselves, or if they would just grow up and move on in life.
