The current definition of "radical Muslim" is one who has carried out an attack or one who is physically and actually planning to carry out an attack.
This is why it is a small number of "Muslims" (because everything else is "moderate").
If you simply changed the definition to:

Because most of the people shitting on Islam are Christians who would do the same shit if they didn't have the power they do in the U.S. Just look at the fucking tantrums they've been throwing over groups they don't like getting rights. Listen, here's the deal. The media and our politicians are lying to us. Somewhere around 25% of American Muslims want nothing more than to murder everyone else. Murder. They are "radical". We don't want to call them that, so the term "radical" is only used on someone who has carried out an act of terrorism or someone who is actually planning an act of terrorism. We don't even count those Muslims who support terrorism, helped aid the terrorists, knew the terrorists were going to attack us and said nothing, or gave money and support to terrorists. Those people are "moderates".
And the really fun part is that the younger you get, the more Muslims support killing the rest of us. Muslims under 30 are more radical than those over 30. Muslims under 18 are even more radical than that.
