Late Registration is his most congruent work as an album. It remains consistently high in quality until it slightly dips with Celebration, before finishing with Gone, his best song.

Late Registration is his third least consistent album it's fairly good throughout, but It's hardly his best. and it has nothing to do with skits, which are, in my opinion, the best on any hip hop album period.
EVERY track on Yeezus is a 10/10 except guilt trip, which is still a solid 8.5/10
TLOP does have 3 tracks that are sub 8 (not even including skits) however every other song is between a 9 and a 10, usually the latter.
It has his highest highs outside Yeezus by far.
Waves, Pt. 2, FML, & send it up are all peak kanye. They are up there with his best. Like I said, Guilt Trip is slightly behind, but only just.
Gone is a top 10 Ye track, I'll give you that. Hey mama is top 25 as well.
