Shit I literally just made a general sharethread like a minute ago.Ah well, we'll just see whose the janitors clean up.
So I made a movie thing, it's like an amateur Fantasia mixed with the soundtrack to Tetris (8-bit classical, mine's more freewheelin and psychedelic though).
I know it comes off bribey, but I will definitely reciprocate any feedback I get on the movie. It'll be honest though, no playcating, there's more than enough of that on these threads.
Leaving feedback on SC!

Place your bets folks Which thread is gonna survive?
haven't watched the whole thing yet but I like how it sounds, also pretty cool graphics
this is nice

i almost missed that you linked your soundcloud as well, and I'm happy i did not. Some amazing songs you've made there! Not at all what I was expecting after the video you posted, but I love it.
fuck this is really fucking good, you're like a better bonobo def a follow from me didnt realise it was a tape, really like this one man ur getting better
listened to hymn for victory, I love this whole dungeon synth aesthetic it reminds me of those creepy animated medieval stuff I watched when I was younger. Really nice, I love the flute like synth and the rhythmic background. I can imagine a narration over this is great!
variety of genres, mostly hip hop, electonic, and ambient, kinda minimal. I notice the first two tracks have a lot more plays than the rest of the songs so I'm guessing listeners lose interest, do they suck?
soundcloud.com/yuhanibeats >Trap, Phonk and other similiar hiphop crap :p >lo-fi and mellow beats Go check my latest track i made, tried to make some loud and bassy hardcore trap :D
RECS: Spiders had some nice flutes going on! Really nice, and its cool the see something than electronic music posted here :)
i like the chorus and the buildup to it. really cool sounds instead of just 808, kick, snare, hats, but still filling the space like they would. hit me up for a collab lol
very nice and chill right off the bat. reminds me of being in my friends car. a little hazy and messy when everything comes in, clarinet and vocal in the same range might be doing it, but this might be intentional. doesn't make it sound bad just a little mucky. i do like that this contrasts from the clean chill intro. mime ft sommer is really nice. getting a jaime xx vocals vibe from it. and the beat on it reminds me of efterklang. keep playing clarinet it's one of the best sounding instruments imo. i needa get mine fixed i havent played in so long.
fuckin lol. reminds me of freestyling w my friends. funny shit would listen to more
ooooh the winter catalog! delightfully devilish, abraxas! i really like the ambient backdrop but i'd like to hear the beats be more forefront. crisper in the mix. i can get that them swimming in the sauce can be a vibe though. cool structures overall. i like the timing with where your synth pad chords change.

here once more
before i gotta go for a while i wanna post my friend's stuff molliejane.bandcamp.com/releases >1st track carole king type folk rock >2nd track straight funk >3rd track combines those two
really good vibes from this. simple but feels really good. you leave a lot of space which is relaxing; dont needa fill every frequency with noise. love your samples and your timing with em.
Nolan Green
the trumpet sound is really nice. nice blend of all the sounds overall.
really enjoyed it, chill vibe ^^ cant really say what genre it would be, but i like it would listen to on a ride home on a bus, really chill :) cool vibes getting satanic surfers vibes, like it way too trippy for my alcohol level, ill save it for later, good production tho! melody seems really off, i mean you probably went for that but imo it doesnt really fit in a typical trap beat (since everything else isfollows the basic guidelines of such) woaaaah, really enjoy your style, def some edm influnces there really good mix ^^ like it ^^ great lyrics, nice production, overally great :) unique style, enjoy it imo your voice could be a little bit more improved, but i have nothing else to critisize ^^
Jaxon Gray
improved by mixing or what? i didnt spend long mixing it cause // tried to keep it lofi but could def tweak it some more. or do you mean delivery

>soundcloud.com/lenny_rook/music-box You say on your SC profile, "i dont really make music i just accidentally make melodies that i like." That kind of artistic honest integrity is bad ass man! You have no idea how much credibility that gives you....or maybe you do. Anyways, your beats are fucking good, mayne.

this is some of the cringiest shit i've ever read unless you're joking
listen to other peoples shit and tell em what you think when you post your own music. youll improve your critical listening skills that you can later apply to your own music in order to improve, and youll also contribute twice as much to this thread
Julian Morris
dude, your advice sucks......
listening to other people's music is what got me into this bullshit hobby in the first place.....
>hip-hop i guess >poorly produced >only good thing is the lyrics but sometimes they're trash too >really nice to listen to when high >mostly english but also spanish
i don't think anything on this thread can be worse than this shit
I recently submitted a track to be submitted for a compilation for Mount Seldom Records first release. I, and 23 other musicians submitted tracks of all types.
