He's average, and in my opinion not good enough for a club aiming for the title. He can do well for Everton, Southampton, Stoke... but not for Chelsea, United... A deal will most certainly be reached on deadline day, Arsenal are just playing a chicken game with City to see how much they can get out of City, but they certainly will take what they can get instead of letting Alexis go for free.
