Just started watching this show after hundreds of ads for it on Amazon Prime, but as someone well read in history it baffles me. Is this map accurate to the book/show world? The entire conflict in the show is that Japan has the pacific states which Germany is pissed about, and Japan is scared they don't have as much power as Germany. I mean, this peace deal is so much in Japans favor how is this possible, they have china and India, their plan was to turn China into a giant factory but now they have India too, they have so much more manufacturing power than Germany it isn't even funny. Also, somehow Hitler was cool with """" honorary whites """" controlling a white nation, as well as the fact that black people and jews are fleeing in thousands to Japanese controlled lands, and this is OK too? Is this show based on any logic or is it pure fantasy?

Depends totally at what point you make history diverge. If, say, the allied invasion of Italy has already started when Germany wins, then northern Italy would be a German puppet. If it's before then, Italy would remain independent, but a close ally.

The second point about Italy is what I assumed as well.
Manpower means a lot japan used to be brutal before america turned them into the cartoon watching nerds they are today. With the manpower they would have essentially billions of slaves in factories working for them, but yeah the Nazis still have the western world, though if the Japanese experienced a sort of cold war like America and the USSR with that manpower they could quickly catch up to Germany, as they had done before. Though as the show tells us, they hadn't gotten nukes until 10 years after the fact making them the most retarded rival on the planet, as the USSR had a working nuke 2 years after the USA. In conclusion: giving japan so much land was a mistake.

The japanese's lack of capacity for innovation stymied their military power in comparison to the reich. So while they may have huge industrial capacity, so does the reich, but the industrial capacity of the reich is not what made it a world wide threat, it was also how they completely reinvented warfare and the rest of the world was struggling to keep up.

Entirely wrong. firstly, India and China had a mostly rural population who couldn't have abandoned agriculture without some major infrastructure updates and other important technological advances. Japan wouldn't have had the manpower to achieve this by the 60s. So China and India had no population to mobilize for industry and Japan didn't have enough output and manpower to change this.
Meanwhile Europe, Africa and North America were highly urbanized, had established industries and a mobilized workforce. Germany had a lot more manpower to work with.

It really isn't illogical, Germany was hot on the heels of American scientists and it's rocket technology was so advanced they could have easily hit any Russian target and most likely New York.
The entire concept of both nations taking complete control of the world is so damn stupid. For example, look at the aftermath of WWII, the USSR and US did help to set up governments in Europe that would be aligned with their government, but they never overtly took over any countries and integrated them with their own like is shown in the tv show, where apparently Germany somehow had the manpower to control every nation in Europe and Africa / most of North / South America. From a logistics standpoint, it makes no sense unless you had complete collaboration with the vast majority of the population of occupied zones.
It wouldn't even be in Germany's interest to make America into a German state, it would make more sense to simply have an American government aligned with German interests. Japan wouldn't have the manpower to occupy so much territory either, it's so goddamn absurd. Again, did Japan show any intention to actually invade and occupy any part of the US during WWII (Aleutian Islands excluded because it's literally nothing)? If Anything, Japan just wanted to take control of the Pacific, not the US itself, and its attack on Pearl Harbor was aimed more at asserting its navy's dominance in that region.
I mean fuck, Japan could barely maintain control over small parts of China for almost a decade before WWII started. That's where the bulk of their armed forces waged war during WWII.

Fucking what are you even talking about? B-29 was far too large for the carriers of its day. They could barely land / take off B-25s, a much smaller medium bomber from the USS Hornet during the Doolittle Raid.
Also, do you even watch the fucking show? The entire reason Hitler won the war is because of the tapes. Hitler received the tapes showing the Allies victory in the war, and was able to completely change the Axis strategy I assume to counter every allied victory.
