Why did the officer not shoot an escape pod that launched during a sensitive retrieval mission? DS plans would not have registered as a lifeform so that's not an excuse. Also, the lifeform comment implies that they would have shot it if it had a lifeform, plans or no plans.

Why did Obi-Wan kill himself? Everything he tells Luke in later movies he could have told him while still alive.

Why does ROTJ pretend that Vader redeemed himself, when in ANH he's an accessory to planetcide?
That's a whole planet of men women and children he just enabled the Empire to destroy.

Why does Leia lead the Empire right to Yavin 4?

Why doesn't the DS just shoot the planet in the way of Yavin 4 first?

So how pissed do you think Yoda is that he has to spend eternity as a Force ghost hanging out with the whiny little bitch boi that killed all his friends, destroyed his temple, and brought his entire society to ruin just because he decided to become a good guy again at the last minute.

Because Star Wars was a disastrous failure saved in editing by Lucas's ex-wife, who then cucked him.

That doesn't make sense. People liked the SFX and the characters. SW didn't blow up the way it did because it had good editing.
Lucas was extremely anal about how the SFX looked, and Lucas wrote the movie.

Lucas IS Star Wars. Marcia Lucas didn't create the force. George did.

He was a goodfriend

why doesnt obi wan just make everyone force ghosts?

>autism

>Lucas wrote the movie.
And it was then rewritten by half a dozen of Lucas's film school buddies, though even they and Harrison Ford's ad libs couldn't completely get rid of all of Lucas's horrific clunky dialogue.

Why do you make this thread again evrey day?

Anyway, Obi Wan let himself die to show Luke the force is real and he should use it.

By talking to Luke via ghostmode in the trench run, he was more useful than by being alive.

>And it was then rewritten by half a dozen of Lucas's film school buddies
Source?

>By talking to Luke via ghostmode in the trench run, he was more useful than by being alive.
He could have told Luke the same thing over the comm sitting in the rebel bunker.

>Anyway, Obi Wan let himself die to show Luke the force is real and he should use it.
He already wowed Luke with the force during the mind trick scene, and Luke's lightsaber training scene.

No, because when a ghost talks to you, you shit yourself and say fuggg this guy died for me AND can talk in the after life. I better do it.

And he didn't wow Luke there. When Luke was training, he still had doubts.

It's the hero's journey dude, it's very basic storytelling: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hero's_journey

Why would USA attack Afghanistan while everyone knew Bin Laden was in Pakistan?

>Why did Obi-Wan kill himself? Everything he tells Luke in later movies he could have told him while still alive.
He gave him strenght, it was Obi Wan the one that make the Proton Torpedoes go to the hole.

If you are in favour of abortions that doesn't mean you are ok with seeing your grown son die in front of you.
Alderaan was the Sweden of Star Wars and everyone wanted them dead to be honest.

>Why does Leia lead the Empire right to Yavin 4?
Because she's a women and they like drama

>Why doesn't the DS just shoot the planet in the way of Yavin 4 first?
It's a gas giant

is this the narrative the feminist homo-jews are pushing now?

Saying "it's the hero's journey" isn't an excuse.
The reason Lucas killed Obi-Wan is because he realized the script had nothing for him to do after that scene.

And, again. Luke had already seen and felt the force before Obi-Wan died.

No, it's the hero's journey. Give up dude.

You can throw in Richard Chew as saving the movie too, but then you lose the cuck angle.

It made no narrative sense and it was artificial drama.

Still waiting on that source that says that Lucas wasn't the primary author of ANH.

I don't know about the cuckolding part, but people who were there seem to think she had a lot to do with making it from a probable disaster to the movie it was. This isn't a new theory at all that the movie was really made in editing.

>Please spoonfeed me

Next you're gonna want a source that Darth Vader and Anakin Skywalker were two different characters. If you don't have a base level knowledge then you shouldn't be posting in this thread.

youre a fucking idiot

when the cops are chasing thieves, do they also chase random cars with no occupant's incase the car has a secret robot that has the stolen items?

>they just robbed the jewellers, lets stop and waste time searching this empty car
>but sir theyre getting away, we know this car is empty, we can see them escaping
>shut the fuck up, there may be a ROBOT in this car that has taken the jewels and may be transporting them

because jews did 9/11

>no source because there is no source
The burden of proof was on you.
Thanks for playing!

I think their mission was to retrieve the stolen DS plans, if they were in the escape pod you surely wouldn't want to blow them up, considering after the events of R1 they were the only hard copy of the DS plans around and probably needed now that the weakness was leaked to the rebels. That's why they then set the cleanup team down to Tatooine who found the droid tracks and began an extensive search.
But that's in no way due to Lucas.

Feel free to post your source any time now.

No George Lucas made Star Wars you faggot. Anything that suggests otherwise is a feminist conspiracy perpetuated by jews and liberals to diminish the achievements of WHITE FUCKING MALES. It isn't just Star Wars that they try to pull shit this with either

George Lucas made Jar Jar.

Two words.

George Lucas.

Jar Jar isn't even bad. He just got too much screen time in TPM.
Ewoks are worse.
And the Gungan city + non Jar Jar gungans are actually interesting.

24 hour recharge on the laser for planet scale destruction. Should have instead hyperspaced to the correct point the first time.

you can't hyperspace that close to a planet because the gravity
