Sup Forums what are my top movies of 2017?
You probably enjoy the movies of Wes Anderson.
...
The only one I've seen from your list is El abrazo de la Serpiente and it was a borefest
I can assume your taste is quite bad
you just didn't get it
There is nothing deep about that movie, it was just boring
The could have removed at least half of the movie and it would change a thing
Capeshit as number 1 picks, kek
This was my 2016 top 10 - I'm aware it's pretty pleb but whatcha gonna do?
>my knowledge of cinema stops at genre
Holy, shit list man. Like damn.
Honorable mention goes to London Has Fallen
The fact you can see ALL those films, and yet pick Civil War as your #1. What a shame.
>Deadpool
>Captain America
>no Fences
>no Rogue One
Bait
In my defense, I only saw 34 films this year. It wasn't a very good year.
Also it's pretty hard to see decent Indy films here in Australia if you don't live in the middle of a city.
What's your bottom 10 look like then?
Also, since you're Aussie, did you see The Dressmaker?
BIB BBBBOY PENIS
Bottom 10 would be (I don't have it on letterboxd):
25. The Jungle Book
26. Goosebumps
27. Central Intelligence
28. Ghostbusters
29. Suicide Squad
30. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
31. Independence Day: Resurgence
32. Office Christmas Party
33. Underworld: Blood Wars
34. Dirty Grandpa
>did you see The Dressmaker?
No, I didn't, unfortunately.
Quality list op
I suppose it's not that bad of a list. There are plenty of good choices here, I was just surprised to see Civil War at the top, seeing as I didn't particularly like it.
For reference, my list:
1. OJ: Made in America
2. Sing Street
3. Arrival
4. Everybody Wants Some!!
5. Swiss Army Man
6. The Wailing
7. The Witch
8. Tower
9. Hacksaw Ridge
10. Moonlight
>CIVIL WAR CUTS BEST MOVIE EVER
