Assad needs to close all his borders. The war will never end if he doesn't. Most of the "rebels" and IS aren't even from syria. Stop the flow of weapons and fighters in and stop the flow of oil out. The kurds have the right idea in the North. After they finish up in Manbij they will be moving on to Al Bab.
Alexander Diaz
Is it true that ISIS beat the fuck out of the SAA today?
Evan Long
The reports of SAA being traped, SAA being BTFO, SAA retreating, not one knows
Jack Morgan
Well the original source of those reports were from those Russians somewhere close to the frontline that talked to the Syrian troops who were in those fights. But those SAA troops are probably quite shell shocked and the fog of war hasn't settled yet.
Aiden Anderson
Exactly, so, i'm waiting a official report from Al-Masdar or from my Jewbooks accounts.
Jeremiah Green
Link?
Juan Phillips
What part of still uncomfirmed you didn't read?
Connor Clark

Ryan Allen
Link to the reports dummy
Dominic Hall
Good thing that it is nearly morning in Syria. We should be getting some news soon. But since ISIS hasn't put out any propaganda statements either, it shows that they dun goofed their attack as well and that whole area is probably a clusterfuck.
No, Soviet incendiary air dropped bombs are mostly compromised of thermite not WP.
Charles Lee
No, just wondering who listens to nightwish here and how the fuck is that the top comment
Justin Sanchez
Rare
Cameron Collins
pro-Assad forces wanted to capture ar-Raqqah but they can't even capture an oil field top kek
Ethan Rodriguez
What the SAA will do now?
Ryder Robinson
Keep BTFO rebels in East Ghouta, i guess
Jack Jackson
So what happened in Raqqa? Did Isis really push them back?
Justin White
Yes, actually we can say that ISIS launch a big massive counter-offensive to bring back SAA out of Raqqa, but was actually SAA fighting or retreating? We don't know, i'm still waiting confirmation
Zachary Green
I watched a couple isis videos from the last few days and they didn't show tons of corpses and burned vehicles like the "catastrophe" post implied. maybe it all happened in the past 24 hours and they aren't done editing the footage yet.
Uhh... He *doesn't* control the borders, is the problem. In case you haven't noticed.
Camden Hughes
Gotta slap the hottest nasheed for that shit, I guess
Levi Cooper
>mfw Ivan account in twitter was deleted >But he still upload videos in youtube
Jeremiah Stewart
what's going on in your country?? today isis has uploaded a video showing combat footage and beheading 3 people there
Luke Smith
>tfw he will never give a twitter shout-out to /sg/ ever again
Liam Roberts
They're just a band of posers of about 6 guys. If it's Abu Sayyaff you're talking about, they've been there for years, probably decades. Fuck them, but they don't have much reach.
Oliver Wright

How's everyone doing? any progress on the front?

>23 soldiers are confirmed dead. Dozens MIA. 49 wounded.
FUCKING IDIOTS
Jonathan Martinez
Its almost as if they don't do recon from the air. You would think that by now they would have 24/7 drone coverage and nothing would move without them knowing. They should have known exactly what they were up against.
John Garcia
Umm.. guys, i post what happened
Levi Jenkins
shitty war it better end fast.
Luke Perry
I'm waiting Chile General to remove commies out of this country, 2017 will be a shitty year here
Julian Nguyen
Fuck me. Well after the incredibly impressive gains that the SAA have made we shouldn't not expect some bad times. We can only hope the advisers make better decisions in the future. R.I.P you magnificent bastards. You did it for country, family and your way of life, be proud.
Samuel Garcia
Agree with you, at least it wasn't 100 KIA like the russian post, but this is still a heavy lose.
From what i know, SAA is still in Syriatel point repelling ISIS massive attack.
Mason Wright
Rojava when?
seriously though, is this just a meme or is there a possibility of it actually happening?
Cameron Carter
Absolute top cunts. brave men, all of them and I have absolute confidence that they will make it through.
fuck IS.
Cameron Sanchez
I have 100% faith in SAA winning this war, i will tell about this brave heros to my grandchilds in the future and how big was their victory.
I won't forget any second of this war.
GLORY TO SAA, GOD WATCH THE SAA
Christian Williams
~100 KIA sounds more reasonable honestly. Don't you expect they to not massage the figures?
Grayson Gomez
Well, we can say that almost 100 were out of combat today, so, the report was "correct"
Joseph Peterson
It has been months since the last time I read any news about Syria.
Who's winning and who's getting BTFO?
David Lee
Currently SAA But the past few months it's been the Rebels.
Hudson Perez
Not a whole lot has changed, by and large a stalemate inmost of the country. Some modest gains by the Kurds and the regime in the north. Assad still not able to siege Aleppo.
The rebels have been doing shockingly well in idlib. Those guys in northern aleppo managed to BTFO tiger forces despite continual Russian and Syrian airstrikes, pretty impressive.
Luke Powell
Tiger Forces haven't do a shit in North Aleppo yet.
Carter Davis
According to a military source, 23 soldiers have been confirmed “killed-in-action” (KIA); 49 soldiers were wounded; and dozens of others are currently “missing-in-action” (MIA). >Missing in action >Missing in action >Missing in action
I don't want to hear about any beheadings.
Jack Gonzalez
It doesn't look like any single power has the capacity to take on ISIS right now. They've lost territory (mostly in the north) but they're likely to be around for a long while longer. They just manged to do some serious damage to the SAA,
Joshua Ortiz
Yeah they have, they lost that tank a few weeks ago.
Lincoln Morales
SAA have plenty T-90 in all fronts, even in East Ghouta, Tiger Forces is preparing a attack in Anadan Plains, not in Al-Mallah Senpaitachi or even Handarat Camp
Oliver Hughes
They knew the sandstorm was coming. They knew ISIS is always more active in assaults during sandstorms. They knew they had to pull back into areas that were not so over extended. Sounds like a failure of communication somewhere. Pulled out the work horses and either didn't tell the others to pull back, or they didn't get the message to. It takes a special level of incompetence to leave a regiment behind by accident. There's always the issue of good old arab egos. They may not have wanted to listen to the Russians telling them to pull back and tried to keep the territory they had spent the past few weeks bleeding and dying to gain. With any luck, the commanders responsible died in the field.
Oh well. One lost battle doesn't end a war.
Dominic Mitchell
Look, the tank was confirmed lost by tiger forces. I don't know what more to tell you.
Hudson Brooks
Its only a matter of time before our CIA and the Kurds take Raqqa.
Christian Perry
cyka blyat who ever is in charge of these fucked up operations better fuck off and leave it to the professionals
Easton Wilson
I haven't seen a Russian poster in forever. Please don't remind me.
Lincoln Thompson
Ok, take it but it belongs to the Syrian people.

You can Mossad the Ruskie tho. RIP Ivan.
Nathan Powell
They hate ISIS more than anyone else on the planet, so. Everyone I know at my FOB is furious that the US government supports faggy "rebel groups" sounds like Diet Terrorists you ask me
Ayden Allen
SAA was the "mastermind" behind the Raqqah """""offensive""""" so of course it was doomed to fail as soon as the Russians couldn't provide any air support
Arabs are just complete shit at warfare.
Bentley Cooper
fugg how the fuck are they able to bomb targets in Deir, but not near Tabaqah?
Daniel Jackson
I stil don t get how RUAF or SYAF didn t fucking destroy ISIS , IT S A FUCKING DESERT THERE ! Jesus christ ..also I D RATHER SEE OFFENSIVE on DEIR ER ZOR and SAVE THOSE BRAVE SOLDIERS instead of useless raqqa
Parker Baker
sandstorms
Russians haven't been able to really go after Deir either because of this Raqqah offensive. Russians also refuse to help in southern Aleppo because that's all IRGC/Hezbollah and they're all incompetent, too. Shit's fucked right now.
Henry Thompson
Give them some redpills about based Assad.
Oliver Harris
Always the fucking sandstorms
Hudson Turner
In a theorical hypothesis , if russia WOULD go FULL SCALE , how many soldiers and vehicle would they need to steam roll everything in 3 months ?
Jaxon Martinez
10,000 or more.
Justin Torres
After the dust settled, it wasn't THAT bad what happened in Raqqa (not as bad as 100+ KIA, T90s captured, etc...) 20+ KIA is the usual death toll in every daily battle when things don't go as planned for the SAA. How many KMs did ISIS recovered in this blitz? 10? 15? It's not like the SAA is back at Ithriya.
Sometimes is painfull to support the SAA...man most of them are shit.
Blake Harris
When picking crew for T-90s they should first check if the soldiers still have a pair of balls, so they don't run out screaming whenever they are hit by harmless TOW
