every time i listen to 90s math rock I start asking why I'd bother listen to it when I could just listen to spiderland

me 2

Do people really consider Spiderland to be math rock? I can't look at it that way.

6:55 , I wouldn't really call it math, but you certainly could stretch it there

Definitely influenced the genre a lot but they're just a very artsy post-hc band to me (though math did come from post-hc)

this

yeah came here to post this

Why would you not want to listen to something but enjoy it each time? That's an unusual sort of circumstance, isn't it

Wrong you fucking retards.

I have to be in a REALLY specific mood for Tool. But when I am, this album slays.

I almost always want to listen to this album. I remember last spring I listened to the album in full well over 30 times, and that wasn't even the year I had discovered it.

I don't think I've ever gotten as into an album as this one. I loved the 33 1/2 book on it, and the documentary is really good as well. I really wish that Brian and Britt made more music together.

What album? Reverse image search is turning up nothing.

Half of my music library

Holy shit yes

Talking about Spiderland, user. The image is Britt and Brian of Slint.

Ahhh, my bad.

I like Hot Rats but I feel like I’m never in the mood to listen to it
