What do you all think of creepy? Just finished it like 15 mins ago and i am really annoyed. Cure is one of my favorite films and a complete masterpiece in every single way that just gets better every time you watch it.
This has a good build up for the first half, and then it just kinda goes along before reaching a unmemorable ending.
There we're many similarities to cure that almost made me dislike the film more just because of how good Cure is in comparison
a villain that acts in a strange nonchalant way that can get people to commit murders with hypnosis/psychopath charisma
more of a force of nature than a person with a goal and motivation]
main character is a detective/ex detective that is going to deep into the case,has problems at home with his wife, the wife gets directly involved and hurt because of her husbands obsession
main characters partner gets killed after helping

I think I rate too high and fucked up all my ratings. If I think a film is poor, I give it 2 1/2. If I think it has some impressive elements, but overall it didn't do much for me, I give it 3 1/2. I'm afraid I've rated a lot of films too highly, because now 5 only goes to flawless, so movies I love are 4 1/2 and ones I really liked get 4. That means movies I liked alright should get 3 1/2, but I've given some movies I overall didn't enjoy 3 1/2 because they had good moments. What do? Start over? Stop giving a fuck about ratings and let old watches stay on the old scale and new ones stick to the new one?
