Music that's loud and edgy but still energetic, fun, and catchy?

I've been feeling down lately and I've found that this time of music helps.

Got some edgy track in this album

Define 'edgy'

Mclusky - Mclusky Do Dallas
Reuben - Very Fast Very Dangerous
Glassjaw - Worship and Tribute
Deftones - Diamond Eyes
BATS - Red in Tooth & Claw

Thanks, I've listened to some of POST- before and it's really the type of music I'm looking for. I'll give this a try, too.

Not that user but WORRY. is really great, much better than POST- imo

Relationship of Command

I'm the user and I can agree on that, although POST- is good too

I don't know what you consider edgy since you posted weezer but you might like this guy's album

...

Archers of Loaf- Icky Mettle
For Squirrels- Example
At the Drive In- Relationship of Command
Incubus- S.C.I.E.N.C.E.
Quicksand- Slip

Maybe this is the only band i listen to, im comfortable with that

Any of the first five Marilyn Manson albums. Holy Wood isnt the most "fun," but the rest- Portrait and Golden Age are just pretty goofy when you get past the shock.

We Cool? is also great
Jeff is very good at writing catchy hooks

oh if you liked POST- you'll fucking love WORRY

Foetus - Nail

Catfish and the Bottlemen is what you may be looking for

I guess a bunch of Joy Division songs like:
Disorder
Transmission
Digital
Love Will Tear Us Apart
These Days
Dead Souls
Shadowplay

Pacifier such a good song, don't care if they are a normalfag band

They're kind of a guilty pleasure. My girlfriend got me into them, she's obsessed. I still think they're babby's first post-punk revival but god damn they write some catchy fuckin tunes.

this pretty much fits the description of what you want, OP
