Subs would be nice since my level is still not that good. But even without subs I think I could learn something. I've found some series on youtube, but most of them are missing episodes, so that's really distracting.

Read Russian books with parallel English translation (you can even read English books which were translated into Russian). Use Lingvo dictionary.
You can find books on libgen.io, flibusta.is, rutracker.org.
