Being a well-educated and prosperous Canadian I (of course) advise Brits to vote REMAIN and Yanks to vote Hillary and Dem. These things are obvious if you are not consumed by resentful inferiority feelings.

BEFORE ASKING FOR INFO; READ THIS POST >REMINDER FOR THE REFEREDUM Counts will get under way when polls close at 22:00 BST Thursday, 23 June at 382 local centres around the UK. These local results will be declared as the counts are completed before being collated at 12 regional centres, which will also declare the totals for each side. There will be a rolling total so the time at which one side reaches the point of being mathematically unbeatable depends on how quickly the vote are counted and how close the results are running. It is a safe bet that from 4am onwards there should be pretty clear picture of which way the vote is going. A chief counting officer will announce the overall result at Manchester Town Hall. There will be no official exit poll, although some private banks are doing one, but they might not release the results until after the official count. Keep your eye on the Sterling, if it suddenly tanks, then we can guess the results. Yougov is also running a exit poll. Also; bring a pen with you to vote.
What to watch for tonight night: Sunderland is going to be one of the first to declare, and is expected to vote Leave. How far the Leave vote is ahead here could signal the results for the rest of the country. Other places which could indicate the result are Southend-on-Sea, and Castle Point. Remain is expected to do well initially, then slide back, with the results stabilizing around 03:00-3:30.
The only person on Goybook who posts remain stuff is a french national with no citizenship begging everyone to vote remain. He even posted that fucking flowchart.
Oh now they like our Union Jack, too little too late.

Be careful with some of the latest polls. I would bet a large sum that there has been changes to the way data has been presented or the demographics that were asked. I do question whether it's a ploy to beat down leave voters to not bother to go out and vote.
I'd move to Aus if you didn't have spooky bugs everywhere

>They still think they count the votes.
God damn, to be a powerful Jew today would be glorious. Having a nice, cucked population that thinks their opinion matters all the while you fuck them in their tight little butt. There's no limit to the pleasure that they can offer their overlords. But hey, you got at least keep up appearances of a democracy right?

Lots of leave voters putting money on remain to cushion the blow if result goes against them

I'm still voting leave but this is a great quote for objectivity:
Leave side acts like it will sharply reduce immigration within years and stop cheap labour from entering the country. As well as start a new age of independence for the UK where the government will make all the right decisions for the country that the EU failed to. They also argue that the money put into the EU for subsidiaries and trade deals could be better spent internally.
Remain side acts like there will be a crash in the economy and an immediate lack of interest from foreign investors, as well as decades of rebuilding a comfortable trade network with the rest of the world. They also argue that the UK will be affected by EU policy anyway because of how economically linked they are to other EU countries, so they might as well stay in the EU and have a veto on those policies.
I've tried to summarise both views in the nicest terms. But in reality, discussion isn't calm. There's lots of exaggeration and lying from both camps.
The UK needs more than just leaving the EU. But its a stepping stone, we just need to get rid of Cameron.
Grayson Reyes
It's rather amusing how the unlikely alliance aspect to anti-EU/EEC campaigns hasn't changed a bit.
meh - the polls have been terrible in the UK as evidence of their last election.

The head of the ECB does largely nothing. He is a high-ranking bank clerk.
Let me summarize his position:
>gets told to stimulate growth >is given a budget >is given the limits of his actions >he decides how to do it
Meanwhile Italy has no allies for its position. Its only ally used to be Greece, now its literally no one. It may hold a stronger economy than Poland, but Poland is one with Hungary, Slovakia and the Czechs and they hold a largely similar position to all the east, so they can boast a stronger say in EU matters.
Also Renzi has very little political capital so he can't really do much in general.

Feeling patriotic today, usually don't give a shit but it's nice to see most people band together to sort this out. Don't think we've had much reason to celebrate being British the past 20 or so years.

The fucking opinion polls have had remain and leave so close together, all the remainians keep saying they will win by a landslide... literally both excited that we might have a potential to leave but concerned remainians haven't been voting in the opinion polls
