Like most of Kubrick's work I found it visually interesting but dull overall.

It was shit, like most of Kubrick's work.
Reminder that only pretentious wannabes pretend to like 2001.

Bits of it haven't aged well. Some god-tier visuals, even by Kubrick standards. Captivating protagonist, unforgettable soundtrack.

Me drunk, trying to record how Bane would sound in this scene

Not really, but I recommend reading the book first. It's short and very enjoyable.

something a high schooler would think it's cool

greatest comedic satire of all time

I don't care, I still love this movie to bits. There is something just "comfy" about it in an odd way, despite how "disturbing" it is.

It's just a good watch. What else can I say?

I also think about the final chapter of the book a lot as well. I really wonder how the movie would have felt with that added scene at the end.

It always is

No, that's The Prince

Even Palahniuk agrees Fight Club's movie was better.
