I completely agree; the lad simply cannot display an ounce of gorm.

I'm quite gruntled by that opinion

Meera is only leaving because ravens cant find greywater watch and somebody has to go tell Howland that the godking they were waiting for has returned.

All of Maekar's sons seem to have had dragon dreams.

Do you think Bloodraven, being in King's Landing around Baelor and Maekar, would have heard about young Daeron (the drunkard)'s dragon dreams?

Since Bloodraven seems to be scheming to get more dragon blood back into the main line of Targs, do you think he fought so hard to keep Daeron the Good on the throne because he knew his grandson(s) had strong dragon blood?

Bloodraven of course later helps scheme to put Egg on the throne (the extent of his scheming is hard to tell) and probably contributed to Summerhall, and later a prophecy sent by him convinces Aerys and Rhaella to marry and birth Dany, a dragon hatcher. He probably also sent dreams to Rhaegar to get him to fuck a slut from a warg house like his own mother's to birth a baby with more magic blood.

>Howland comes back
>"Jon is the son of Rhaegar and Lyanna, I've kept this secret for almost 20 years"
>we know, Bran told us, Sam told us
>"well I was there, so can confirm for bookfags questioning why everyone believes Bran"

>>"well I was there, so can confirm for bookfags questioning why everyone believes Bran"

phaget...

i meant howland is coming back for bran

the kid he allowed his two children to go seek out, pledge an oath to, escort beyond the wall, and sacrifice one of themselves for

>"well I was there, so can confirm for bookfags questioning why everyone believes Bran"

the show is not addressing this.

>'hi guys i can see the future'
>'cool story bran now go pretend its season 5 until the finale'

>Well Bran, with all the effort, sacrifices and deaths it took to get you there, I sure hope you used your powers to find out how to defend ourselves against the Others and all that! It'd be silly if you just, I don't know, tried to find out which dead guy fathered your brother 20 years ago for no reason at all.

anyone remember what the normal filming schedule was for past seasons? like the final wrap date

nm, found it

what is it?

mid december

not holding my breath for s7 to start before july

Wait so who are the kids sansa apparently wants to have killed but jon doesn't?

Karstark and Umber.

That "leaker" is fake though

That may be fake but what would the high stakes scene be?

Just Jon not listening to Sansa and Lyanna who would be calling for the kids to get punished and their lands given away to others.

So how good of a swordsman was Dayne?

well if he was defeated by ned and a sneaky froggo he couldn't have been that good
tbqh i think bobby b was probably the best warrior in westeros

Superhuman

But had sneaky frogo not have killed him and they fought with honor, he most likely would have won. Not that helping his friend isn't honorable but had he not interfered then Ned may have died.

Not pottery but reminds me of the bit with Jaime and Ned. Would Ned have won?

>Would Ned have won?
lol

ned wasn't a particularly renowned fighter
whereas jaime...

>I have sometimes allowed other writers to play with my children. In Wild Cards, for instance, which is a shared world. Lohengrin, Hoodoo Mama, Popinjay, the Turtle, and all my other WC creations have been written by other writers, and I have written their characters. But I submit, this is NOT at all the same thing. A shared world is a tightly controlled environment. In the case of Wild Cards, it's controlled by me. I decide who gets to borrow my creations, and I review their stories, and approve or disapproval what is done with them. "No, Popinjay would say it this way," I say, or "Sorry, the Turtle would never do that," or, more importantly (this has never come up in Wild Cards, but it did in some other shared worlds), "No, absolutely not, your character may not rape my character, I don't give a fuck how powerful you think it would be."

That Sansa rape probably triggered the fuck out of George

why did the umbers turn into traitors all of a sudden? weren't they meant to be GOAT bannermen? didn't they care about avenging the greatjon and shit?

>stannis
>villain

literally the greatest hero of all time

>why did the umbers turn into traitors all of a sudden? weren't they meant to be GOAT bannermen? didn't they care about avenging the greatjon and shit?
because d&d dont care about loyalty, honour or the north. Plus them being tied to Stannis in the books surely didnt help.

So proud of her.

DID ANYONE ASK GEORGE ABOUT THE ORIGIN OF THE OTHERS COMPARED TO THE SHOW

DID HE COMMENT ON THE SCENE AT ALL

Magic of the ironwood tree. There are two magical trees in westeros like in garden of eden.
The pale white, red leaved weirwood tree ( tree of knowledge of good and evil ) and the black, blue leaved ironwood tree ( tree of eternal life )

The leaves of ironwood trees are used to procure shade of the evening ( shade of the long night ) that the warlocks and euron drinks.

Also ironwood is extremely hard to burn but when it does it last extremely long in comparison to regular wood. It burns silver blue flames and is as strong as steel. When ironwood is ignited by the flames of azor ahais sword you have a weapon for the small folk capable of killing the others. These swords were used during the last long night and were stronger that bronze swords. The significance of dawn is that it was the original sword used by azor ahai ( a dayne ) and it was a metal sword stronger than ironwood. As the limited knowledge of metallurgy only had men capable of creating bronze swords. Also Jaime is Azor Ahai come again ( read his dream chapter with the sword he wields lit with silver blue fire, him giving brienne a sword that also then ignites and cercei stating that the flames will only last as long as he lives and that when the flames die out so much he )
so he can reincarnate next long night in a king arthur theme moment.

Jaime is the lucifer, king mydas, king arthur of the strory. Is a Targaryen bastard, has a shady conception story, has a love triangle like arthur and lancelot, like jaime and his cousin lancel and is the true hero of the story.

>Watching Season 6
>Sansa spends minutes trying to twist the "you let me get raped" dagger in Littlefinger's gut

Was a little much, but understandable, and then
>Theon is moping in a Volantis brothel because, you know, he doesn't have a cock and was tortured by Ramsay far longer than Sansa
>Yara tells him to either get over it, or kill himself
>This is shown as an empowering, positive moment

Why?

Huh, thanks for screencapping me!

This.

Jaime is Champion of the Lord of Light, and Bran is his eternal enemy. Jaime is inspired by Julius Caesar, and Zeus from Disney's Hercules, as well as Titus Andronicus, Malcolm Merlyn, Gloria Estefan and the Pinball Wizard. Bran, having no legs, is symbolic of Pluto, Ariana Grande, George Washington Carver, and Satan. The removal of Jaime's hand is symbolic of the "Cesarean Section" (NissaNissa rhymes with Pizza Pizza, Caesar's most famous quote), which is typically used to remove a child from the womb, much like Jaime removed a child (Bran) from a window. He gives his flaming sword to Brienne, and will have to also take it back from her, completing the lightbringer prophecy. Bran is the Great Other, as evidenced by nothing in particular, and is Jaime's great rival from the very beginning of the story. Bran's name, (Brandon Stark) begins with the letter B, and he lives in a place that is cold, and cold is usually associated with he color BLUE. Jaime's name (Jaime Lannister) ends with the letter R, and his house colors are RED. A Game of Thrones was published in 1996, the same year Nintendo released Pokemon Red and Blue for the Gameboy. This indicates that Jaime (Red) will have to travel across the land to eight castles and defeat their lords, and then travel farther north than he has ever traveled before to defeat his rival Bran (Blue) to become the Pokemon League Champion (Azor Ahai, CHAMPION of the Lord of Light).

You should make a youtube video.

>that limp wrist
Come on, can't they get ONE person who knows anything about guns over in bongistan?

because he needs to be ruined like all the other good characters.

>No, absolutely not, your character may not rape my character, I don't give a fuck how powerful you think it would be.

>They did it anyway
GEORGE BTFO BY DND

>mfw said Ramsay instead of Theon

Ooh boy.

>To be fair, Theon is castrated in the book as well.
thats not what i meant. I meant that Asha knows what happened to him and how he used to be around women. It was cruel and unnecessary, especially when he threw away his claim in the Kingsmoot for her.

>The kid falls off
>the man begins goring him with imaginary horns
lmao
also
>GEORGE BTFO BY DND
Do you think George despised them? He's under contract to love the show, They've pretty much cut george out of the creative process, they've ruined his characters thinking they can tell his story better than him, and perhaps most importantly: they've told his story before him.

Now a lot of these are Georges fault but I don't see him as the kind of man to take self responsibility so he probably resents them.

There is the pro that they have made him lots and lots of money but he already has that and I don't see him using his money for anything particularly expensive and radical. There also comes a point where you forget money and worry about your legacy which in his mind maybe DnD are shitting on.

Is there any audio clips or snide remarks like "No, absolutely not, your character may not rape my character, I don't give a fuck how powerful you think it would be." that could be referring to dnd?

Are there any scenes in the books similar to Ramsay's death scene in nature i.e. actually getting the cathartic release of seeing someone get what's coming to them, but in such a primitive, brutal, and non-subtle manner. Doesn't really sound like something George would write, I take him more for a Frey pies (book ones) kind of guy.

But user, Theon is ironborn and he will get his revenge (oops, Sansa gets that!) He either needs to recognize he's had some "bad years" and come back as Theon or just take a knife and slit his wrists.

Oh boo hoo you got flayed a little and lost your cock, men don't need that to be great anyway, look at Varys! Cue Tyrion criticizing him, and Asha agreeing to no longer reap and reave (because now the Ironborn will be famous for... What?)

Don't forget, user.

Tysha was really just some slut, Shae even mocks Martin's writing and how no real woman would want to fuck someone after almost getting raped.

Vargo "the goat" getting his hands and feet chopped off and kept as the mountains jester for a few weeks until the mountain is called back to the Red Keep and he bashes his head in with his sword. Probably a few more but thats just off the top of my head.

Joffrey's death is a lot more cathartic in the books, honestly.

Yellow Dick's death sounded brutal

...

how do you go from that, to be chased through the WF forest by a 70pound girl and killed.

Have there been ant recent chapters released by the fat cunt

The show started when SJW and progressive ideology was still a dormant thing, limited only to tumblr and the occasional televised fanatic.

2014-2015 is when the ideology was normalized and put in mainstream media, it was also when women started watching GoT in greater numbers than men.

At least one obvious /got/ faggot did.

I always thought sansa was creepy looking desu i remember being so confused when robert called her the pretty one in the pilot episode

>go to sleep 30 posts into the thread
>wake up at 80 posts

She always had an annoying bitchface, and as she grew it deformed in a myriad of ways

Showfag here, is Margaery as smart, manipulative and calculating in the books as D&D make her in the show?

The Ironborn are descended from the Bloodstone Emperor, who worshipped the eldritch god that sleeps in the corpse city of Stygai. Euron is a descendant of the Bloodstone Emperor and displays many of his traits and imagery, and he is planning on calling down another asteroid with blood magic to bring another Long Night.

Margaery is barely a character in the books.
she's just the token tyrell girl.

We hear much more about what other characters think of her, than from margaery herself.

She's probably not as retarded as Sansa, but she's not the Queen of Thorns. She's just a pawn, like Sansa. Only she's used by better player.

JONSA

JONSA babies would be A CUTE

>could not achieve that using one sword
what fuckin plebs, these normie directors

HACKHEIM

Diana Rigg gets me hard as fuck, I'm sad we won't see her anymore.

It's empowering when a woman does it. But if a man tells a woman suffering from period cramps to "get over it" it's all of a sudden rude and sexist. It's just simple feminism. Equal rights but unequal obligations.

Better writers than D&D would have filmed the Ramsay death scene as a way to force the audience to confront their own primitive desires of revenge and how that's not true justice. Instead we're supposed to cheer I guess when Ramsay gets eaten?

im so fucking mad that they robbed Theon of gutting Ramsay

>fat uglies with manface
>gormless mexican midget

>making beautiful babies
yeah, no.

Yeah that's what I was getting at, felt totally out of place.
