Sabbath's version has more dynamic range and crispness, and Ozzy's piercing vocals work better than the other guy's sort-of generic metal vocals. Also, the cover is just too muddy-sounding. Sabbath's version has distinct-sounding layers. Heaviness comes from musicality and a sense of size and scale in the music, not just from fat timbre.
