They changed it because they need to sell new toys and keeping the suit the same through all movies would slash their sales, right? These are just 2 hour toy commercials.

They took the amazing BvS suit and turned it black whilst making it look more armored, at least the suit in your picture isn't trying tto be some awkward compromise and at least it keeps the grey/gold colour scheme
