What's the difference between turkish and greek food? It's the same shit if it's called turkish or greek

None of those examples taste the same though.

step 1: spot a dish that starts with "turkish"
step 2: slap a "greek" instead of turkish
step 3: congrats now you have a greek dish

works the other way too

>>gyros
>kebab
Here it depends entirely on who makes it.
If it's a brown looking feller it's gonna be a kebab.

If it's a mature lady who's been in the business of so called "small gastronomy" for the last 20-30 years she's gonna sell you a gyros.

One thing I noticed, the gyros is usually of higher quality.

Man in the logo is the joke. Let's keep that between us

None

kebabs in kebab shops are made by kurds here

I've never seen a Turk running a kebab shop in the UK, although the kurds do speak Turkish

So far in my local kebab trailer there were Turks, algerian and morrocans.
french rap always full volume. kek

I think it's here like 50/50 or 70/30 turkish/kurdish
In turkish restaurants they play turkish music easy to tell the language
Greek restaurants are like "real restaurants" slightly more expensive but I haven't seen much difference. It's just they market themselves as a restaurant to kebab shop

>In turkish restaurants they play turkish music easy to tell the language
the kurds always say they are from turkey and speak turkish and play turkish music though

but you can tell they are kurdish from accent + skin colour + features, that being said kebab shop owners are the nicest kurds I've ever met

outside of kebab shops they become assholes

>that being said kebab shop owners are the nicest kurds I've ever met
That's true kebab people are 5/5 friendly and nice. And they're always example
>The guys at the pizzeria are so nice what's wrong with you are you racist?
While most of the are trash

btw I'm Turkish so naturally kurds hate us so I can't actually speak from an unbiased native perspective

but they make really good conversation in shop

outside shop most of them try to mug me or give me dirty looks

>And they're always example
When debate about immigration

>that being said kebab shop owners are the nicest kurds I've ever met
The owner of my local one is actually Polish, he just employs students and shit.
And yeah, they're nice as fuck. One of them wasn't nice so some drunk hools torched the place.

Had to get kebab far from home for almost 2 months, was not nice.

wtf they sell kebab in poland? though it was illegal there, lol

wut
It's probably the most popular fastfood here after pizza.

>One of them wasn't nice so some drunk hools torched the place.
Why did they do that? Are poles that racist? The guys were working and not leeching

Who the fuck knows.
They probably tried provoking him,he forgot to keep his mouth shut, said something back, they got in a fight, fleed before someone called the police and came later to torch it.

Noone got hurt if that's your concern, it was done at night.

>In turkish restaurants they play turkish music
I hate that so much.
They think it's their living room.
Many people don't go to kebab places because of the 'unprofessional' environment.

Did anyone else notice how there are always 10 people employed, but only 2 of them work at the same time and the tables are never wiped and therefore greasy? Don't get me started on the toilets.

But the owner had an insurance?

How the fuck would I know? jesus you're asking question like the owner was my uncle and the story made it to national news.

...

one is halal the other isn't

I just go there after a bar get a pizza or kebab.
Since it's pretty much that or mcdonalds etc.
If sober at a daytime I go to a real restaurants. never kebab shops
Nah if the've reopened or something. Since it sucks if you don't get an insurance "not needing"
I won't question anymore :DDD

Who gives a shit?

Ah yeah should've put it this way. Sure they did.
I thought I made it clear by saying that for two months I had to kebab somewhere else.

Yoghurt and coffe is ours you just renamed it
Idk about kebab though it might even be some other mudslime country who created it

No in Finland we call it turkish coffee. Since it's different than the normal coffee we have.
Haven't heard it called greek coffee irl

....

ooo nice
Do you guys also do some fortune-telling after you drink the coffee?

No :D

Coffe arabic stuff, not turkish

coffee went from arabia to the ottomans then to europe
hence turkish coffee

You just turn the coffee glass upside down, wait for a while and interpret the things you see
Most people here drink coffee just for that
t.well informed Russian diaspora

parents used to do this with me when i was younger

but they just stopped doing it for some reason

haven't had türk kahveyi in a traditional sense (outside of the actual beans/drink) in a long time
