>60s > 70s > 90s > 80s > 00s > 10s

90s>60s>80s>70s>00s>10s

70s > 90s = 60s > 80s > 00s >>>> 10s

hard to prove you wrong when there's no actual argument lol
Personnal ranking with these periods now, I guess :
70s > 80s > 60s > 90s > 10s > 00s

And then if I thought that 10s standed for 1910s the rank is different...

Grunge is trash, synth pop is better, 80s > 90s

10s > 00 > 90s > 80s > 70s > 60s

The only correct answer

60s>70s>80s>00's>10's>90's

t. soyboy

'69-'75>90s>(second half of the) 70s> 00's> 80's>10s

Grunge was the original soy
But the soy thing is fuckin stupid and so are you mate

80s>90s>70s>10s>60s>>>s

70s=60s (my favourite jazz and rock albums came from this era)>80s>90s>00s>2010s

Only correct one

80s >>> 90s > 00s >60s = 70s >>>>>>> 10s

>70s=60s (my favourite jazz and rock albums came from this era)>80s>90s>00s>2010s
Objectively correct.

t. wrong generationer cuck

18th century > 17th century > 19th century > 20th century >>>>>> 21st century

'70s is best because King Crimson

70s > 60s > 80s >>>>> 00s >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 90s >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 10s

70s > 60s > 90s > 00s > 80s > 10s

>all music made in the 90s was grunge

10s>90s>70s>00>60s>80s

10s: Oxbow - Thin Black Duke
Bon Iver - 22, A Million
King Crimson - Radical Action
Xiu Xiu - Plays the Music of Twin Peaks
David Bowie - Blackstar
Cattle Decapitation - The Anthropocene Extinction
Ne Obliviscaris - Citadel

I could go on, but it would take too much time. The 2010s have been legendary.

90's>00's>60's>80's>70's>10's
In terms of rock

10s > 00s > 70s > 60s > 80s > 90s

>00s better than the 80s
????????????

>tfw seeing Iggy Pop this year
>tfw gonna get pissed and dance like a maniac

Fuck yeah

This but 10s above 00s

pleb

I don't think I'm born in the wrong generation. Just because I put the 2010s last doesn't mean I hate them. It's just that in my opinion every decade prior made more music which I enjoy

Change 10s with 00s and you got it

90s > 60s > 10s > 70s > 80s > 00s

>I don't think I'm born in the wrong generation
>It's just that I only like albums from the 60s and 70s
Literally the definition of wrong generationer cuck

80’s > 90’s = 70’s > 60’s = 00’s >>>>> 10’s

Nothing wrong with that actually.

Disregards the superior Big beat.

Pretty much, might put 70's above 60's though. Can't stand the 80's.

70's > 60's > 80's >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> power gap >> 90's >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>bigger power gap >>>>>'s > 10's

60s:
The Beatles - Rubber Soul
The Beatles - Revolver
The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band

Carson Van Osten is the coolest name ever.

OP (artist shown above) is a faggot and so is OP (retard who posted this thread).
Quit being so regressive, you cannot generalize decades like this from what you have heard. If you think that music back then was any bit better than what we have now, then you have only been listening to the radio. Our technology is better now-a-days. We could do shit that they never thought we could do back then. Anyone can get into it, too. You don't have to get recognized by a label or be fucking rich enough to found your own. You can just pay $100 for the intro version of Ableton or whatever DAW you decide to use and start making shit.

t. born in le wrong generation

>The 2010s have been legendary.
That is true beyond a doubt. Such level of absolute suck will become the stuff of legend once musicians get their shit together again someone early 2020.

>We could do shit that they never thought we could do back then.
But we don't

There are so many things wrong with this.

>King Crimson - Radical Action
You really think 2015's version of KC live is better then any other decade?

>Xiu Xiu - Plays the Music of Twin Peaks
I'd rather listen to the 90's soundtrack instead of indie covers of it

If this is what makes 2010's the greatest decade of music that's pretty sad.

Where are the Beatles of our generation? The Zappa of our generation? The Coltrane of our generation? etc?

We are in the worst music scene of all time, even the 00s had a lot of good rock records but this decade is fucking boring

Having better technology is not directly proportional to having better creativity or talent.

Purely speaking of artists at their peak or with seminal albums released this would be my ranking:

70s - Floyd, Bowie, Zeppelin, Clash, Rolling Stones, Who, Fleetwood Mac, Dylan, Queen, Joy Division, Springsteen, Television, Marvin Gaye, Nick Drake...

60's - Beatles, Dylan, Beach Boys, Zeppelin, Hendrix, Rolling Stones, Velvet Underground, King Crimson, Doors

90s - Nirvana, Radiohead, Neutral Milk Hotel, Pearl Jam, Oasis, Jeff Buckley, REM, Smashing Pumpkins, Weezer

80s - Michael Jackson, Smiths, Pixies, GNR, Stone Roses, U2, Talking Heads, Cure, Sonic Youth

00s - Radiohead, Arcade Fire, Arctic Monkeys, Wilco, White Stripes, Strokes

10s - Kanye, Kendrick ...Arcade Fire again?

60s> 50s > 40s=30s >70s=90s >80 > 00 >10

10 > any other time because it's now and now is always the best time to be alive. Also because we have the combined force of all previous music today. They didn't have the 80s in the 70s or the 90s in the 60s but we have all of them now today right here

wake up, life's pretty cool

80s>70s>90s>00s>10s

60s > 00s > 80s = 90s > 70s > 10s
Vanilla > chocolate > strawberry

Dumb argument. You can still think that a previous decade had objectively or subjectively better music in hindsight. Its about judging the music that was made during that time not the fact we can listen to it all in the present dumbass.

90s would be much higher if it weren't for all the boom bap crap that is rated far to high overall

>Dumb argument.
Not an argument; a fact
>Its about judging the music that was made during that time not the fact we can listen to it all in the present dumbass.
Never stated as parameter in the OP
