Does anyone in these threads actually listen to full tracks? Do they ever read the lyrics? Or do you just click in the middle of the track, listen to 10 seconds and think you know exactly what the song is all about with that and start ""critiquing" or giving vapid compliments?

I listen to the entire song, don't read the lyrics all the time though but I generally time stamp parts of the songs in my feedback. I don't really see the point of saying:

"I like this"

"Cool track man, like how this sounds"

I'd rather someone say "I wouldn't do this xyz here" or "I wasn't a fan of this part". Reccs are the worst though, I could literally click on 7 posts and say reccs without even listening.

I guess you put in what you get out. When I provide substantial feedback I generally get the same level of feedback back and vice versa. Although I return all feedback I refuse to entertain reccs or generic shit like I mentioned above
