Montenegro are in a good position to qualify for the WC next year as it happens.

In these small countries the sports minister probably just goes around and asks some of his friends if their daughters would be interested to play for the national team.
Speak English
Serbia + Montenegro lost 6-0 to us in a WC and they were 2 countries against 1
In the WCQ for Germany 2006, Serbia & Montenegro even topped their group, beating Spain into second place. I remember a lot of media touting them as potential dark horses, and fulfilling the potential that various Yugoslavia sides had in the past before they split up. But then, as you mention, they completely flopped at the WC itself. Also the political separation of Serbia and Montenegro occurred during the tournament too.
But I have high hopes for them now - Serbia will likely finish top of their group while pic related is the situation for Montenegro. Maybe they can later both be drawn in the same group as Argentina next year.
To be fair, that group is weak as fuck
Groups H, D, and I are also suspect. It's unusual but its partly to do with NL being rubbish in the past few years, so the coefficients have changed. I'm looking forward to a new variety of European teams taking part this time though.
if you take the ''wo'' of women, it will become men
Good post.
if you take the "w" of women, it will become a manchester city player
Bad post.
