If you could go back in time and live for a decade in any era of history, which would it be?

I'd love to live in Florence during the Renaissance.

The Roaring 20's

the 90s (only 90s kids will know what I mean)

20s

In the future.
Living in the past for a decade would suck. Before WWI we had horrible primitive medicine. Before the bubonic plague, we had almost non-existent hygiene. Anything before that would be absolute hell for us.

Britain in imperial period

1950s or 60s America

if i'm allowed to change the future i'll take the last 12 years of my life plox (ofc i'd win the lottery first thing)

if i'm not then i guess i'll take dinosaur times

i would live the 2000's again

the second half of the 1400s in Hungary, or maybe during the Roman period in the same place

>all these people thinking they can learn a foreign language in 12 years with no translators

Why? I'm a 90s kid and it wasn't that great. Sure had some great memories, but there was nothing really mind-blowing or eventful about the decade

1670's
I'd love to invade england, and install a puppet king

Which people?

this, but as an adult

>I'm a 90s kid
you have to be born in the 80s to understand the 90s
youtube.com/watch?v=lpYhV3cXgPg

the ones who want to travel too far in time

>you have to be born in the 80s to understand the 90s
I was. I still wasn't a particularly stand out period of time.

England during the Blair years

i dunno, maybe chuck me forward 500 years or so

who knows what the world would be like

...

alright, if you say so

USA 1960s.
I'm afraid to go earlier than XX century because I can easily die from some illness.

By all means convince me otherwise. The only "event" if you like was Diana's death and that was utterly fucking pathetic.

90's small town USA, seems comfy

But dying is part of the experience of life

>event
oh, so you're a fan of """"""happenings"""""""

youtube.com/watch?v=O70FRKl5IwM you could invade Belgium and Spain faster
youtube.com/watch?v=Oj8whtP9dHo the beginning of an era (wut? i thought it was later, 1996)
you're a boring person. the 90s were about techno and raving
youtube.com/watch?v=fh1kaHVt-lA

Not "happenings" as such, it's just the 90s don't really have an identity, nothing stands out to define it.

Maybe you could argue the dissolution of the USSR, but the wheels were already in motion in the 80s
