I Know you're being a little faggot but here are a few good films about mentally-handicapped people:

Forest Gump
I am Sam
Rain Man
The Other Sister
My Left Foot

op's life story

Don't forget Gilbert grape

THE RINGER

Apart from Forrest Gump there aren't any good movies about spastics.

Rain Man isn't retarded he's autistic. There a difference.

Haven't seen it. Worth watching, I take it?

What is a spastic? Is that just another word for a retard?

Rain Man had autism but he's not like me or you, his condition was obviously more severe to the point that he could not function as a normal person in society.

Anything with Emily Blunt in it.

>Worth watching, I take it?
My sister probably schlicked to it most of her teenage years because Johnny Depp and DiCaprio.

this movie makes my eyes rain

ok

The Jedi in the prequels

>make a biopic
>hire the person to do herself
Wut?

You forgot K-Pax

>literally a Simple Jack level performance, only serious

Bravo Rosie

>Once upon a time, there was a retard
Holy shit, was that actually the tagline on those posters? Absolute madmen.

2008 was another era

Any of your home movies

Your produce alone has been worth the trip

Simple Jack was GOAT.

Well it did piss off some retard advocates, but nothing too severe.

...

Triggered Drumpfkin detected.

Rosie keeps owning trump. Get used to it.

>What is a spastic? Is that just another word for a retard?

Yeah, it's a reference to how some of the more extreme 'tards seem to twitch and do random body motions (spasms).

Radio was spastic, Forrest Gump was just dumb.

Sling Blade

The retard kid with a banjo from the first scene of Deliverance was the best depiction of a retard in film.

Prove me wrong.

One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest

This is probably the fullest retard that will ever be seen in cinema.

I like them French fried potaters

>this movie exists

Why did you have to remind me, user

Tony Kebbell in Dead Mans Shoes

I remember reading stuff about careworkers for retards saying about how his mannerisms were spot on

Stay away from the Of Mice And Men adaptation with John Malkovich and Gary Sinise. Gary does fine but John not so much.
I love Malkovich normally but I think he totally over did it in that film and made the fucking thing a cartoon.

I really love Dead Man's Shoes
Toby Kebbell did so well in it that I thought he was an actor with an actual disability before I started seeing him in other stuff.

>James Franco's Simple Jack

Kek

the hivemind speaks truth

Toby did a fucking ace job.

Temple Grandi is interesting

>There's a difference
Autist detected

>Rain Man isn't retarded he's autistic. There a difference.

If you really want to get technical, he's not autistic; he, and the guy he was based off of, had FG syndrome. It looks somewhat similar on the outside to severe autism, but it's way more dangerous for whoever has it, many of them die in infancy IIRC.

Also, usually people with FG syndrome aren't savants, they're retarded.
