Well, introduce him to this channel: youtube.com
I've found a lot of cool stuff on there. And the general stuff I listen to where I pick up stuff from.
I saw Harrison live with King Crimson and the drum solo he played during 21st Century Schizoid Man was out of this world. It genuinely seemed like he had three hands at times.
acoustic guitar
emo/slowcore fingerstyle stuff
I've been playing classical guitar for two years and electric guitar for four months.
I also got a melodica as a gift once, can only play one song on it though.
I'd love to learn piano and violin, but I'll probably be too old for that by the time I'm good enough at guitar (if that ever happens).
Guitar (main)
Piano/keyboard
Tenor sax
A little bit of clarinet
>I also got a melodica as a gift once, can only play one song on it though.

Drummer here. Can confirm. Secondary drummers generally can't play for shit

I want to learn drums on at least some level, anyone know any electronic drums I can get for cheap that are good for beginners?
Yes I've played guitar and drums for 10 years. Here's my newest song Rock 'til Your Dick Falls Off. It has a nice guitar solo in it as well. vocaroo.com

This is the truth. But people can play drums if it's not their current primary instrument if they learned it first.
How long have you been practicing and howlong each day. I think you need to put at least 1000 hrs in to not sound like total shit unless you have some extra natural ability.
Bass guitar, trying to learn guitar and basic drum stuff on top of it.
guitar
30 mins, at least 3 times a week, since december 2016
It’s only been a year and a half, but i hope that ill get there someday
