Xasthur writes what he calls "doomgrass" now, its about as close as youll get to what youre asking for i think, really minor melodies and dark themes. I dont think a pure combo of bluegrass and black metal exists.

I believe Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp a Butterfly classifies as of such nature. The artist is kicking at the confines of rap music presentation, blending jazz and electronica, giving the fluid of his music a tempestuous and unpredictable undertow. But more importantly, in the world of hip-hop, where stakes are unbearably high, Kendrick Lamar was still able to express himself through a complicated network of interlocking dramas, played out by a variety of characters, and that is more at the heart of what means to be a real genius.
this is your brain on reddit
Hardcore and jazz fuse quite well. Never heard crust with jazz though.
Silence is the most abstract form of music. Technically, with such a fluid genre, all silence is psychedelic. It's all also pop, and heavy metal, and blues. It's everything.
