The chances are low I'd say but there is still a possibility, Of course money helps alot but what you do you need is Dedication, consistency, skill and time. Dont expect to become known or good after making a few tracks, sht can take months or years just to make a "good song". How good you get will depend on how much effort and time you put in, You could be a "natrual" and pick it up way faster than others.
