Personally I think the final moments of Wild is the Wind is Bowie's best performance on the album but

That is one of my favourite songs of his but it's great entirely on how the different instruments interchange and how the song builds its melodic motifs as it progresses. Bowie's vocal delivery itself is pretty standard on this track.
