You're practically qualified already. A draw against Trinidad & Tobago will put you mean you qualify directly (technically you could get eliminated with a draw but your goal difference makes that extremely unlikely). And even if you lose, the two teams below you are facing much harder teams so they'll probably lose/draw and you'll still end up qualifying anyway. Although if you do end up coming 5th in the group then you'll need to beat Australia/Syria for a WC spot.
We have to defeat the (already-eliminated) Trinidad and Tobago and we're in. But even if we draw with them - our goal differential is so high compared to Panama and Honduras, in all likelihood we will probably still qualify.
If we lose and either Honduras or Panama win, we're headed for the inter-confederation playoffs.
If we lose and BOTH Honduras and Panama win, we're out of the World Cup.
If we lose and both Honduras and Panama draw, we're in.
