When Hitler died in Inglorious Basterds

ERE THE SUN RISES

Source?

>My friends, you bow to no one

...

I cried at the end of I am Sam when that cunt got custody of the kid rather than Sean Penn.

Fucking roasties, I swear

all of these

Manchester by the sea

...

Brian's Song.

When he talks about how he wished he could have saved more

I remember seeing this for the first time at 15 and the tears fell

...

Certain people who will go unnamed will meme this, but it really is such a great scene.

This is the only acceptable answer.

...

Please boss, don't put that thing over my face, don't put me in the dark. I's afraid of the dark.

This one seemed so fucking genuinely. I've seen a guy with PTSD break down and it happened just like Rambo. First the explosive anger, then the sadness

Fuck this entire movie for making me feel.

...

>I just wish I could have made more money

i just watched this today for my dads birthday and had to hold em back

I think this one is so cliche that it just kind of makes me uncomfortable.

But I like this one.

Was it Sly's greatest moment of acting ever? It's so well done. He doesn't sound like a caricature of a pissed off Rambo, he sounds hurt.

"You did it Homer! This one's gonna go for miles."

...

I know not everyone likes this movie but.... fuck this scene wrecked me.

>I would have followed you, my brother. My captain. My king.

I definitely think so. I wish he attempted more serious drama roles like that. Even Arnie tried and nailed it in Maggie.

>You're a big guy.
>...for you.
gets me every time ;_;

Yeah this scene and the don't let me leave murph really got me. I actually liked this movie.

Yeah, yeah. I know.

Even saw my dad tear up during this scene and he's a hardass vet.

This for sure

MY QUEEN
and my wife
My love........

This.

Evre tim

That shit was traumatic.
Kids are probably still talking about it in therapy.

>youtube.com/watch?v=I25Wp6ZLk7Y

typically sad scenes never make me cry but righteous anger always gives me teary eyes and goosepimples

Even veterinarians have feelings, user

Underrated

every fucking time

this desu

Grew up with those characters, was gut wrenching to see them all getting sucked to hell together

If you've seen the movie then you know what scene I'm talking about

was gonna post this one also

The part where he's dying and calling out for his son in the rain kills me every time.

god dammit adam sandler where the fuck did this come from

Fuck I forgot about this.

I'm shocked how emotional the ending to this film is. Overall it's typical Sandler shlock... but man it has some solid moments in it.

This one because you are so hyped for this to turn out the way you think it will, and then

Crashed my heart with no survivors

Big fish? Bawled.

Fucking this.

I thought it would be pretty corny for Eastwood to just shoot up the place, but I wanted to see it anyway. Instead, Clint opted to make the entire audience tear up.

t-thanks, Clint.

Came outta fuckin no where

Is this Gran Torino? Was going to post this

Just watched this, the scene wasn't that sad, the scene later on where he's talking to his ex-wife was by far the saddest part.

The very end of Six Feet Under

>No man is a failure who has friends

This movie was grossly overrated... but yeah I think this scene was mostly well done. Could've done without the most blatant case of a deux et machina I've ever seen to save them though.

the scene where he meets his wife and kid in the afterlife gets me everytime

Dude every other scene of that movie pretty much enforced the fact that he was about to die. You'd have to be a retard to not see that coming.
At least there's the scene where he saves that girl to make up for it. Great movie overall.

True story: Steven Spielberg had John William come by and watch an early cut of Schindler's List. Williams was moved to tears and said "You need a better composer for this movie". Spielberg replied "I know, but they're all dead."

I watched First Blood thinking it was just another action movie
Did not expect this

>Crying to dishonest sentimentality

>you now remember Albert Finney has zero Oscars

Pitiful

>My friends, you bow to no one

I've never seen one Lord of the Rings movie

fite me

I cry everytime i post on Sup Forums

I've heard that one too.

On one hand, that's pretty funny. On the other, that's kinda fucked up to say to the guy that just praised your movie and is gonna score it.

>ywn experience this trilogy for the first time again

Every time

...

youtube.com/watch?v=WpgeEiHCDaI

He was literally saying that Williams was the greatest composer alive. That he was only beaten by Mozart, Beethoven, Vivaldi.

I don't think any of us will ever be told something so gratifying.

Oh. I guess I'm just retarded. Sorry.

>Where are his glasses?
>He can't see without his glasses.

He just compared Williams to fucking Beethoven, Mozard, Bach, etc.

How is that fucked up?

lol it's okay, I get where you are coming from as it's a bit awkwardly worded.

i crey evrytim

>these are the completely tone-deaf retards who post on Sup Forums

oh yeah

This aswell:
>youtube.com/watch?v=OFVk5xVK7vs

I just wish the rest of the movie was as good as this movie
The potential was really there.

the ending man

Sad, but the whole ordeal with everyone in the internment camp losing their shit when they hear the baby is too much.

You think that Gypsy is going to be a scheming, annoying, bitch but she goes bro-tier when she realizes whats on the line.

boromir was the fucking man

youtube.com/watch?v=17COZfD8UYI

Fuck you Max Richter

youtube.com/watch?v=Q-fqnJvEpTs

...

I hate these sorts of movies because the alternative to Sandler's behavior is to be poor.

this is the most obvious dishonest sad scene ever in a film.

it felt so forced just to give people feels and the people behind it can pat themselves on the back thinking how genius it is.
nolan is a hack.

I love the entire movie desu, but understand not everyone did.

It was also a nice change of pace to see Nolan have a bit more emotion in his films. Hoping he strikes a perfect balance with Dunkirk this year.

I vaguely remember watching this as a kid. Didn't she accidently kill him by upsetting a bee hive and he was swarmed by bees which he was allergic to or something? I could be completely wrong.

Max Richter is fucking 10/10
Leftovers is already great and his music just puts it over the edge

>don't fucking touch me

youtube.com/watch?v=fohOet_3XBc

No you've got Interstellar mixed up with Up.

>9 minutes of no dialogue and 'le emotions'
>rest of movie is generic toony adventure
>critics and people rave about the film based solely on the first 9 minutes while ignoring how forgettable and generic the rest of the film was

;_;

...
