>>ITT:I make myself feel superior via the music I listen to and anyone who disagrees is a pleb/soy
p.s, shit sound like an edgier black sabbath tried to do what sleep did, just not as well.
Jack Harris
Sleep is actual pleb doom.
Chase Stewart
I like Saint Vitus
Chase Morales
>tried to do what Sleep did
nope, user, you are wrong. St. Vitus just played good doom metal with good riffs.
Adam Martinez
Sleep didn't even exist when Saint Vitus made Born Too Late, and they were influenced by Black Flag even more than Sabbath. Next time bait harder, sweetie ;)
Connor Flores
Dominic Rivera
Actual pleb filter of trad doom
Tyler Powell
>The Obsessed's first album, Jug Fulla Sun from Spirit Caravan, Mother. Teacher. Destoyer. and The Resurrection of Whiskey Foote > anything Saint Vitus
Wino made much better music after Vitus. I don't give a shit about Chandler's boring three note droning riffs or his PSYCHEDELIC FREAKOUT wanking. The production is weak as fuck too.
Tyler Nelson
Reagers > Wino
Fight me.
Parker Taylor
Influenced more by black flag? Ummm sweetie you okay?
Nathaniel White
that album is fantastic musically, but the lyrics are some of the most embarrassing i've ever read. the title track is literally "le wrong generation": the song
>Every time I'm on the street
>People laugh and point at me
>They talk about my length of hair
>And the out of date clothes I wear
>They say my songs are much too slow
>But they don't know the things I know (what things do you know?)
>I was born too late
>And I'll never be like you
yikes
Justin Bell
Indeed.
>shirt
Not necessarily fully influenced but some bits were there in their demos.

Add in that they toured with Black Flag.
>Saint Vitus never found appreciation in the Los Angeles metal community[8] and were involved in the punk rock scene by Black Flag, with whom they toured during the early 1980s.
>Black Flag guitarist Greg Ginn would also sign Saint Vitus to his label, SST Records, which eventually released 4 LPs and 2 EPs by the band. Chandler affirmed: "the heavy metal fans at the time hated us, and so did the punk rockers, but the punk rockers grew to appreciate us".[13]
Luke Reyes
Dave Chandler was a friend of Greg Ginn and their bands toured together. They covered Thirsty and Miserable for a reason
Wino’s voice kinda makes up for it
Jacob Bailey

Levi Richardson
Dam ya boy must be crying HAHAHAHAHAH
Lucas Nelson
