Why isn't it legally obligated to be physically active, Sup Forums?

>higher rates of conservatism
>less stress

>less diabetes (thus securing our medical resources for important illnesses)
>higher success in life

Well Sup Forums?

Have Mandatory 2 year military service.

Bodybuilders are gay. Like almost all of them

Being physically active is not the same thing as being a bodybuilder, user.

Because the ones in control don't want you fit and smart. They want you weak and working for them.

You've posted this before word for word.

saging

Just the professionals

>implying everyone in good physical shape spend 16 hours of the day in the gym slapping men's asses and feeling pecks, giving tips about protein and caressing each other in lifting techniques in tight booty shorts with waxed chests and unnatural tans and eyebrows.

he just needs an excuse to feel good about his muffin-tops and pear shape being better than lifting a dumbbell and doing some sit ups in his cuckshed.

Anything you want to tell us, user? Struggling with body issues or are you still in the closet?

racist bodybuilders of the world must unite

>Statist scum
Kill yourself commie

>Big government can solve all our issues

Honestly though OP I think society is gradually recognizing that it's undervaluing fitness.

It is.

If you don't want to sexually starve, that is.

cause the more we force people to do things, the less freedom they have

Would not mind.

Honestly wouldn't mind, not a bad idea

> you need to have the freedom of being a drain to society

this is a good thread

>implying porn won't get less and less degenerate
>implying people won't get less and less degenerate

the goal to health is to not enforce people to do thing, but to educate people to decide to do things. If people -reaaaallly- know about the dangers of being a fat fuck, they won't be fat fucks. So, yea, freedom to be a drain o society

Because if everyone was well and fit they wouldn't have any need to outperform eachother with creativity.
The jews are creative as fuck, yet they're fat disgusting and ugly.

stupid idea, if you make something mandatory or obligatory you make people more likely to avoid it, because its just another thing they have to do.
anyway i like having a better body than chumps, so why would i want them obligated to be at my level?

>work out regularly
>have been trying to bulk up arms for 6 months+
>seem to only be putting on muscle in my chest and back, while arms remain lean but muscular

w-what am i doing wrong?

Because this is america. I can live how I want. And there are people like me who get 1 hour a day with my kids after work and if I was legally obligated to work out I wouldn't see me kids ever.

>>/fit/

ask people at the gym.

>going to a board where every question is answered by "read the sticky" and you've already read the sticky

ill pass

United states of america*. I hate you

You new here? Being fat is degenerate, Sup Forums hates fatties, only /fit/ is more into lifting then this board.

/fit/ is gayer than /lgbt/ so what you're saying isn't stretch nohomo

Do better arm workouts. What are you doing currently?

This must be bait. It's the opposite for pretty much everyone not on steroids.

You need to do 8 hour arm workouts

Depends. Are you training biceps and triceps? Are you doing 12 repeats each set with enough weight? Do you use a lower arm trainer?

get the fuk of my board you zionist kike!
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

bicep curls, normal lift on weight bench, pull ups, push ups, horizontal abduction, shoulder flexion

im so-so on the names, but pretty much standard recommended arm workout, slight increase in weight each time, 2 day break in between

Real men do manual labor to build strength and accomplish things, like their ancestors did.

Your ancestors would probably look at you picking up weights and ask why.

I only do one tricep-related weight exercise, as compared to 5 or 6 targeting biceps

maybe thats the problem

already had a bigger back and chest from years of manual labor, which somehow didn't effect arm definition much

Lifting brought out alot of that chest muscle (in addition to losing weight) but now i look crazy with a bulky chest and little arms
