I know this DJ in Chicago who has been very vocal about is hatred for disco. Perhaps we could get his radio station to sponsor the event, and anybody who brings a disco record can get in for a certain price. His station is 98 on the FM dial, so if people bring a disco record, they can get in for 98 cents. The the records will be gathered up, put into a container and will be blown up.
Who would be interested in participating in such an event?
I think we'd be sending a message to all the bands, people in the music industry, and the world in general that DISCO SUCKS!
